  This company was subcontracted by BGE to install insulation in my home. The job itself they made a freaking mess of my house with spray foam. Then during the job the tech put his foot through my ceiling in the living room. I have circa 1960 acoustic tile on that ceiling (unmatchable). Now over the course of over 2 months, they have sent a tile guy who confirmed it can't be matched, then a drywall guy. We didn't care how they fixed it as long as it looks as good or better than it did. Today they called to ask for another crew to look at it. At this point I am involving my lawyer as I am through with this compny's horrid customer service, lack of caring for my property, and desire to delay this process hoping I give up. Sorry pal,I don't give up! Worst company to deal with ever, would not recommend!

  John & Joe were very accommodating on coming out and getting our insulation project done. They went above and beyond in making sure we passed our inspection with the county, they came out twice to ensure the job was done properly. Will definitely be using accurate insulation in the future. Thank you guys!

  For an “accurate” insulation company they sure don’t have drivers that can “accurately” drive. Cruising on the parkway, this company’s truck just so happened to be driving behind me initially, and then alongside he sped up to cut me off and almost slammed the truck right into my car purposely. Could have died. From the company’s website “these aren’t just words, they represent how Accurate Insulation does business. Whatever your needs, you can trust us to offer high quality products and service” Can you trust a company with drivers that are free-styling on the road no rules no signaling whatsoever. Me neither. Please improve quality of driving of your employees on the road before offering other services... lives are at stake.

  Spray formed my entire house and made a mistake on one room, it has been months to even try to get a hold of someone, Once they get your money, they don’t want to give you any customer service or fix any problems, do not use!
