  This company was subcontracted by BGE to install insulation in my home. The job itself they made a freaking mess of my house with spray foam. Then during the job the tech put his foot through my ceiling in the living room. I have circa 1960 acoustic tile on that ceiling (unmatchable). Now over the course of over 2 months, they have sent a tile guy who confirmed it can't be matched, then a drywall guy. We didn't care how they fixed it as long as it looks as good or better than it did. Today they called to ask for another crew to look at it. At this point I am involving my lawyer as I am through with this compny's horrid customer service, lack of caring for my property, and desire to delay this process hoping I give up. Sorry pal,I don't give up! Worst company to deal with ever, would not recommend!

  This company has been terrible to work with from start to ruins Originally we reached out to them because the company that sells the stabilized cellulose we have used on other properties let us know they we an authorized dealer It took three weeks to get an estimate for radiant barrier, and the estimate for the cellulose and air ceiling never manifested at all We had schedule the radiant barrier to be installed last Friday at 8am. No one showed up When we called dispatch to find out where the crew was, dispatch couldn't even find the job in the system. When they called out sales rep, Rich, (who we originally called first and was directed to dispatch) they came back on the phone and told us they wouldn't be showing up that day for the install because the entire crew had called off... all three of them? We rescheduled the job for Monday (today) The crew shows up on time but then tries to enter the property without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Just walks up and tries to open the door with no announcement at all. Creepy Then while we are talking to the crew, Accurate Insulation calls to collect payment IN FULL.. before the job has even been started, let alone completed We spoke to Rich regarding the issue and he gave us some rubbish excuse that "in the state of Maryland" if a company does work before collecting payment then they have "extended us credit" In the state of Maryland, it's illegal for a contractor to collect more than 33% as a down-payment at contract signing actually Rich then mentioned that the account was entered in as COD "Cash on delivery" and that if we wanted billable terms then we would have had to wait? Wait for what? This was never explained at all by Rich or anyone else at the company All Accurate Insulation was providing on this project was labor. We were providing the all materials. So we told Rich we would be happy to pay the same day, once the work was actually delivered (job complete) Rich said he would call his manager to check in and see if they could start the job. (700$ job to install the radiant barrier) Rich then called back and said that his manager told him thar if we didn't pay upfront that they would just have the truck leave Bye bye Accurate Insualtion and all of your headaches and poor business practices Happy we were able to avoid any more drama before your crew feel through the roof or something and tried to sue us because they might not be covered by your worker compensation or some other undisclosed issue. thanks for wasting everyone's time, multiple times

  John & Joe were very accommodating on coming out and getting our insulation project done. They went above and beyond in making sure we passed our inspection with the county, they came out twice to ensure the job was done properly. Will definitely be using accurate insulation in the future. Thank you guys!
