  Heil was excellent! They came out after being let down by two companies prior and were able to get out units diagnosed when no one else could. Justin is an amazing tech and one of the owners even reached to make sure our commercial needs were met. Highly recommend and outside of uncontrollable shipping delays these guys are the real deal. Thank you Heil!

  While I will say the quality of the work was Okay the gentleman's professionalism at the end. When completely out the window, there was a slight misunderstanding between me in the Home Office in the guide. Got very belligerent, aggressive, condescending. And rude

  Jon arrived first thing this morning to fix my garbage disposal. My disposal was about 15 years old and he discovered that it was cracked. I knew it had some rust on the outside and it was time to have it replaced preemptively. So Jon was able to replace the unit verified that it was not leaking and gave me all the brochures that I needed for the warranties. Jon is very polite and very professional and I enjoyed having him come out to my house again he came out for another project a couple of years ago, so I am very grateful that I have Heil to depend on for my Plumbing service.

  Charged $550 for a toilet tank tank that needed 2 bolts replaced. Left grease on the tank. STOLE a container of Clorox wipes. (I know b/c I have to use them after use Br b/c I wear compression gloves. And I know I used them in the morning. And I have to have someone come and repair the tank b/c it makes a noise when flushed that isn't right, that it didn't make before, and that none of the other toilets in the has make. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
