  Joe was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He thoroughly examined both incinerator and drainage and discovered a faulty incinerator that no longer works. A new one was installed and is up and running perfectly. I also like the quick tutorial he gave me on how to reset the new incinerator if it stop working. Joe was also kind enough to look at my sum pump once I explained to him that there might be a leak. He examined the area thoroughly with recommendations that I will need a new sump pump in the near future. I will definitely use Joe's services again for any upcoming repairs as he made me feel at ease and I can tell he really enjoys his job.

  I was experiencing a leak with my garbage disposal and immediately went to Google to search for plumbing services. I came across several positive reviews for Heil Plumbing and decided to schedule an appointment. I’m so glad that I did! Chad Knowles showed up promptly before 8am and did a great job explaining the issue to me. As a single woman, technicians often “mansplain” things to me. Chad spoke kindly and talked clearly through my options. I ultimately decided to remove the garbage disposal all together. He made sure to keep me informed throughout the process. He wore shoe covers when he entered my home, laid a tarp down, and vacuumed debris at the end of the service. I’ll absolutely be using Heil Plumbing (bonus points if I can request Chad again) for future services!

  I had to call Heil Plumbing because my toilet was not working right and the water continued to run but the tank was empty. I called my favorite plumbing company and they sent Jeff out within an hour to help me. He was so friendly and kind. He quickly figured out what wax going on with the toilet and went to work. Voila… done in 20 mins including a trip to the truck for replacement parts and confirming the toilet was working properly again. He was extremely professional and worked very efficiently. He even educated me on the need for replacing my 40 year ild polybutylene pipes ! Thank you for your great work Jeff! Julie Vogt, Glenwood, MD

  We had a few things needed to be looked at (PRV rattle, and low water pressure) our service provider Joe was incredible, fast, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and was very efficient on repairing our PRV. Once we had good water pressure we noticed our 31 year old water heater was dripping from the drain valve, and we were able to get on the schedule same day for a water heater replacement with all the up to code extras. Very fine job done by Joe and his associate, and appreciate the quick and fast response time to take care of our issues. Will definitely use Heil again for services in the future!

  I am writing this review based on our commercial property experience. The technician who came out to provide the quote was excellent and very professional. Unfortunately, the issue came with the administrative side. There were differences between what was discussed and what was included in the estimate, and I made several attempts to follow up and request an itemized quote for clarification. We only needed a faucet replacement, but the lack of communication and follow-up from the administrative and scheduling team led me to start over and seek another plumbing estimate. Very disappointed with the customer service and follow-up process.
