  I recently had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Whitney, and I just had to share how incredible she is! She brought such a vibrant, positive energy to our call and truly had me smiling the entire time. Working in a customer service field myself, I know firsthand that lackluster experiences can unfortunately be common—but Whitney is a shining example of what a true 'people person' looks like in this industry.   I was talking to a friend about a transfer switch for my house. He gave me the number of a friend who in turn put me in touch with fern rodkey electric. Curtis was my point of contact and with minimal amount of communication and photo exchange. He was able to write me up a proposal that was fair. Within a couple of weeks I had a team at my house, on time and ready to work. Tim and Joe did a great job of putting in my new circuit breaker panel and 50 amp generator plug. Now I am ready for the next storm. Thanks so much Fern rodkey electric and team!

  I talked with Jane in the office who is very pleasant. Mike called to go over the work that I needed to have done then scheduled Craig for the job. Craig showed up on time, was very efficient, and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Rodkey Electric.
