Prompt, courteous and excellent service. We wouldn't use anyone else. We had them help us through a failed sump pump and flood, through replacement of the pump and the installation of a battery back-up. We have complete confidence in their work.

Very prompt and well experienced in looking forward to having a job completed by tomorrow. They still need to get a couple of parts and not carried on the truck.

Our tech, Billie was very helpful about letting us know about the leak under our kitchen sink. Billie worked very neatly and replaced old and rotting fittings with new ones. He also was very detailed about future preventing issues and said he would be willing to return for additional repairs and replacement parts. We were very pleased with his work, his knowledge and his overall performance. Would recommend Runk Plumbing to friends and family members. Thank you for a job well done.*****
