  I bought a house from Innovative Building Services and then did two major projects with them including a Home theater in basement. I am happy with the work they do and will definitely go back to them for all my construction needs. They assign dedicated project managers for the project and the two individuals that I worked with were awesome. They ensure that the work meet their high quality standard and even when I missed observing few things, they took care of it. They would provide good suggestions and will be at the property to monitor progress, provide daily updates through their tool including pictures, and keep you informed of the progress as well as what work will happen in the next several days. Price is on the premium side but I think it reflects the quality of the work and the materials they use. I will say that the projects took a bit longer than originally discussed but that is also because of the labor challenges generally in the market at the time. If you have extensive wood or cabinet work, check them out. I think their work is exceptional in that area. They use premium material and bring exceptional look at the end. Attention to detail is commendable. Most importantly I have gotten to know all of their staff that worked on my projects on a personal level. They are good people, comes with good work ethics, very friendly and talented. We lived in the house when the projects are happening. They have done a good job of containing dust and covering everything to avoid dust. They had their own porta-potty and never used any of the stuff in our property. All in all a delight to work with. If you need a premium finish and open to paying for it, you should consider Innovative Building Services.

  We are so happy that we chose Innovative Building Services to renovate our home! We are not handy people, and the thought of doing a major reno to our kitchen and first floor was overwhelming. We talked to several companies, but we were most impressed with Rich and his team from the beginning. They were professional, transparent, trustworthy-- and just good people. They took the time to get a sense of what we wanted/needed and then came up with beautiful designs. They were mindful of our budget, and never sacrificed quality. You could tell that they really take pride in their work! They were exceptionally attentive to detail - adjusting things along the way that we hadn't even noticed! They walked us through every single step of the process and were much more efficient with the timeline than any other company we vetted because they coordinated the whole project so carefully. Jessie, our project manager, showed up almost every day to touch base, and ended the day with daily updates on their online project log. Jessie was incredibly knowledgable and adept at coordinating all the moving parts in a project like this. The whole team was truly phenomenal. We cannot recommend them highly enough! We will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to work on the second floor!

  Innovative does amazing work! I had to have my basement redone because of a plumbing issue. They went above and beyond and it looks even better than it did before. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their crew. Highly recommend!

  Just completed a very large project to include kitchen, multiple bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces. The final results exceeded my expectations. High quality workmanship. Carpentry looks amazing !! Custom details throughout that are stunning. Rich and his team were great to work with - reliable, responsive, and full of integrity. Went above and beyond to take care of clients that were living in the house during a major renovation. Highly recommend and would use again for a different project.

  I have had the privilege to work with Rich and his team for several years now on multiple projects and everything has turned out exactly as imagined.
