We had a scare with either propane or septic gas and he came out at 9am the Monday of Memorial Day to calm any fears. He was so polite and helpful and we knew immediately that we were in great hands. Jacob provided flexible hours and was able to come after hours so i could attend the evacuation of my septic tank.
