  The entire process from initial contact, site visit for estimates, follow up phone calls providing estimates, scheduling and installation were all handled in a courteous and professional manner. The entire J & B team is truly a company you can rely on to provide excellent service.

  J&B provided exceptional care not only of the garage doors but of my comfort and convenience. Jeremy went the extra mile (literally!) when he stopped by on a Saturday on the way home from vacation. Having received my voice mail about a broken spring he went out of his way to open the door so I could at least get the cars out. He saved the day while his family waited patiently. A weekend was salvaged. The door got repaired a few days later and all was well. Call J&B. You won’t be sorry.

  Everyone at J & B Garage Doors were amazing to work with. They were knowledgeable, personable, professional and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. They came out and provided us with an estimate for our garage door replacement and were more reasonably priced compared to other companies. From start to finish everything went smoothly and the job was done effectively and efficiently! They were on time and didn’t leave a mess behind. Love that they are a family owned company and don’t try to just sell and make money. They explain what the issue is and the best way to repair or replace. I would highly recommend J & B Garage Doors to everyone I know and anyone needing help with their garage door! Thank you Jeremiah, Tony, Daniele and everyone else at J & B Garage Doors!   Absolutely incredible service! Scheduling was a breeze, they gave us a prompt estimate, and showed up the day before a major holiday—at 5:30 p.m. in 100° heat to fix our door. They spent nearly two hours on a Friday evening making sure everything was done right, and they even took the time to explain everything to us so we understood what had been going wrong. It's so rare these days to come across customer service that genuinely exceeds your expectations, but they absolutely did. We are incredibly grateful, and if you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable garage door company, we can't recommend J&B Garage Doors enough!
