- NLNicole LaresMar 24, 20261.0Visited the showroom on Brookville Road in Silver Spring around 11:15 AM today, looking to replace 3 doors in our home. Walked in to find 2 employees at their desks, who glanced up and then proceeded to completely ignore us. No greeting, no “be right with you,” nothing. We were genuinely interested. The doors looked great and we were ready to have a real conversation about replacing multiple doors in our house. That’s not a small purchase. But after standing around for 5 minutes while the staff chatted with each other like we were invisible, we left. It’s a shame, because the product selection seemed solid. But basic customer service is non-negotiable, and this fell embarrassingly short. Taking our business elsewhere.
