  Please beware of this company and read the other bad reviews first. The other bad reviews are all consistent with my experience. They charge a fee just for visiting your house and a separate diagnostic fee, which they disclosed and I understand (even though plenty of other repairmen don't do this). But unlike pretty much every other repair company I've ever dealt with, they do not waive the fee if you order repairs from them. I've always had the fee waived in this circumstance. I paid for over $600 in work for a one hour job (which would have been cheaper elsewhere, but I was desperate), and they would not waive the visit fee. What's worse, when I questioned this they became extremely argumentative and combative. I've never been treated like that by a company like this. They were very rude and indignant. This all came after their online booking system wasn't working. I booked online with them twice, received confirmations, and then no one showed up. When I called, they were aware that the booking system was broken but still didn't think to take it down. And notwithstanding this, they still wouldn't waive the visit fee. FWIW, the plumber who showed up was nice and professional. I'm talking about their office workers above.
