Shawn Walker did an excellent job at installing our new kitchen and bathroom faucets, AND he was super nice, too! We're very happy with our installed faucets and looking forward to working with Shawn and the Tim Whistler team again in the future.

Tim Whistler Plumbing is honestly the gold standard. You know how hiring contractors can sometimes feel like spinning a roulette wheel and hoping for the best? Yeah. Not here.
From the initial inspection/assessment for a whole-house repipe, the entire TWP team was ridiculously good. Huge shoutout to Remi, Chris, Saul, Kevin, Craig, Heather, and everyone else behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly. If I forgot anyone, that's on me -- my bad.
These folks are knowledgeable without being condescending, efficient without making you feel rushed, and show up when they say they're going to show up. In 2026, that's basically a superpower.
They respected our time, property and communicated clearly. No mystery charges. No confusing explanations. No "we'll have to come back next week" BS. Just professionals who know exactly what they're doing and do it well.
The whole experience felt less like hiring a plumbing company and more like having a team of highly competent friends who happen to know everything about plumbing.
If you're looking for a company that actually delivers on what they promise, Tim Whistler Plumbing is it. 11/10 stars every day of the week. The only downside is they've completely ruined my expectations for every other home service company.
This was without a doubt the worst tradesmen I have dealt with. I had a hydronic water heater installed. Initially things were fine. About 8 months later it had a major water leak and they came out to fix it. This became a reoccurring thing for about a year.
Installed: 11/3/2020
Callback 1: 7/29/2021 – Water leaking
Callback 2: 8/2/2021 – Water leaking
Callback 3: 8/11/2021 – Water leaking
Callback 4: 10/7/2021 – Water leaking
Callback 5: 1/25/2022 – Water leaking from expansion tank
Callback 6: 6/29/2022 – Water leaking
Six callbacks. So many days I had to take off work to be home to deal with this and many days of no hot water or heating. Most of the water leaks were a significant amount of water from the pressure relief valve. They tried many different things but had no clue what the cause was and seemed like they were guessing most of the time. They made accusations such as “you may be washing your hands too frequently” as is if that may be cause of the problem somehow. Tim also said he would perform a mold test because all of the water leaks, but that never happened. They also seemed pretty angry, while scheduling a callback Tim said “lets see who I have to cancel on tomorrow”, as if it was my fault they installed it incorrectly.
I did not initially write this review because I was unsure if it was ever really resolved, and they at least were coming back to try and fix it with no additional charges. Recently, I had a problem and called for a simple question that should have been able to be handled via phone, but they guy answering the phone nowadays is unhelpful, I asked for Tim or Maria to call me back because they were familiar with the situation. No response.

We had a great experience with Tim Whistler. We had a water leak from our washing machine due to a broken pipe. We wanted to get it fixed after 5pm, otherwise our family wouldn’t have water till the next day. I called a few of the bigger plumbing companies - all I got was hold music, an AI agent that took me through a long menu, or no answer at all. Finally, I called Tim Whistler. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and solution oriented. We actually had a very enjoyable conversation. They said they could send a plumber to me in 90 minutes. Kevin arrived on time, had a replacement hose in his truck, and had our water back up in 30 minutes. The price was fair - $600 for an after hours appointment (that included parts and labor). I highly recommend them and would definitely use Tim Whistler again.
