  For more than a decade, we have been consistently pleased with Ben Franklin Plumbing's skill, responsiveness, and professionalism. With an older home, hidden plumbing issues sometimes arise and BFP has always provided quality service to identify and repair the problem. For example, Israel Romero--one of their excellent team members--has come to our rescue more than once. He is always thorough, always patient with our questions, and always leaves only once the work is done right. Highly recommend!

  Israel was great. Professional, efficient, and explained the situation clearly. $700 for 30 minutes of work to clear a clogged shower drain is outrageous.
