  With temperatures soaring and our A/C system not cooling, we called Shaw’s on a Wednesday afternoon. In addition to scheduling an appointment for ‘first thing’ the following morning, the receptionist advised we turn the system off to prevent the unit from freezing. The technician, Carson, arrived promptly the following morning, quickly determined the problem, had the parts and said he could fix it then and there, and gave us a reasonable price. It was all done in less than an hour. We have used Shaw’s before this incident, too. Their teams are knowledgeable, polite, considerate and determined to make things right. And, I appreciate the receptionist giving advice that kept us from having a bigger problem. That’s customer service to be proud of!

  Shaw’s was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. We have been dealing with a slowly failing A/C unit for over a year. Carson came out, diagnosed our issue and laid out all our options in a prompt, professional, and informative way to best take care of our needs. We ended up replacing our unit, Ray was great to deal with on the sales side. He was prompt, informative, laid out our options and prices without beating around the bush. Their prices were competitive and fair, their service was spectacular. Carson, Joe, Ray and team did a great job on install day and we can’t wait to enjoy our new system. We appreciate the customer service and making such a process be stress free and enjoyable. We will definitely be forever using Shaw’s!

  To start with Mr. Mosley was very impressive. I think I learned a few things. Although John indicated that all your mechanics were of the same ability, I would still like Mr. Mosley to show up if at all possible. Thank for your service. Ronald K. Worley

  Carson is amazing! He was on time, was quick to fix the issue, explained what he did and answered lots of my questions. He also taught me how to program my thermostat. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Shaws company.

  We had Joe, Brady, John, and Chris install a new geo-thermal unit at our bay house. It was such a great experience working with them and the system is running great. They were clean, efficient, and they know their stuff! Would highly recommend if looking for any HVAC work. - The Werner Family
