He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection of the cooling system and equipment. He advised me on a couple of maintenance concerns, including how important it is to clean the AC coils. I opted to have the (much-needed) coil-cleaning service performed, and after seeing and hearing the before-and-after results, it was well worth it. Bertrand represented VITO Services exceptionally well as an experienced, knowledgeable technician and customer-focused employee.
