  Great service! Danny came over today after I reported one of our A/C systems stopped working last night. He performed a thorough review, diagnosed and solved the issue (drain overflow float switch), and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Awesome!

  This company is the worst HVAC company in the DMV, their technicians are not professional at all, don’t know anything about what they have to do to resolve problems and the management team, is totally irresponsible and incompetent, they never return calls and never reply emails. I cancelled the maintenance contract I had with them, because for months, the electricity bill increased 200% due to malfunctioning of the unit and they always told me that everything was fine and that the system was working properly. I called for the service of another company and they found that VITO Services technicians did everything wrong. The thermostat had been wired incorrectly, causing the blower motor and electric heat strips to operate continuously, even when the system was in cooling mode. This improper wiring was the primary cause of the excessive electrical consumption. Besides that the company that hired to evaluate the system, found that VITO services technicians installed a 3/4 copper pipe in place of the required 40 amp fuses and this is an unsafe and improper installation that eliminates the circuit protection designed to protect the equipment and poses a significant fire and equipment damage hazard. The license of VITO Services, should be revoked for incompetence and irresponsibility of all its personnel, technicians and managers.   Not impressed so far, contrary to the comments here which is why I signed a service contract with them. They’ve been out three times for inspections - junior techs each time, always upselling what they don’t even understand - one told me to remove a toilet in a 2 yr old home to put a camera in the sewer line as a precaution - we have no problems and the home is new construction! Another told me I had to do a special wash for my exterior unit - and when I asked him what it includes relative to the general maintenance visit, he just kept saying we use “chemicals” but couldn’t tell me what. He then proceeded to tell me I was “pretty” and made me uncomfortable- later stayed on my driveway and then asked to come back in to use the bathroom, which made me nervous (given previous inappropriate comment) but I accommodated.

  Carlos, the plumbing technician was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and polite. He was extremely patient, went through all my options, and explained them to me in layman's terms. This made my decision so much easier. The work product under the sink is excellent and the sink’s drain system works as if it is brand new.
