  We were confronted with the need to repair or replace a flat roof on a portion of our 100 year old Chevy Chase house. We contacted three roofing contractors to inspect the roof and provide proposals for the repair work. Our experience with Roof Masters from the initial telephone contact through the inspection visit, repair work and completion was courteous and efficient and the work was completed in a timely and workmanlike way. Even though Roof Master’s proposal was not the lowest received, we selected them to undertake the project because we felt that they provided us with a solid and reliable contractor that we could call if there were other roofing issues. The work was undertaken and proceeded efficiently and effectively with a successful replacement of the roof. The Roof Masters crew carefully swept and bagged all the materials and trash from the work and hauled it away. The entire work area was left in a spotless condition at the conclusion of the project.   What a great company to work with! Extremely professional and very friendly. They replaced and installed 6 skylights. The team was efficient, cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job! They are easy to contact and their work was exceptional! No upselling also, which is great. I am so pleased with their work, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and when my roof needs replacing I will be calling them. And, yes, as their advertisements say I got 3 estimates!

  We used Roof Masters to replace 29 windows in our house - our entire house. They did an EXCELLENT job. Every step of the process was clear, transparent and easy. The windows look excellent and the attention to detail was much appreciated (they framed every window and they look seamless on our hosue) . We used Roof Masters a couple years ago to replace our roof, and working with them for the windows was equally as great as it was working with them in the roof. We will continue to be repeat customers for Roof Masters.

  Roof Masters responded the same day I called for help. The roof was inspected and my questions were answered. I found both the workmanship and the roofing shingles to be of the highest quality. Thank you for excellent service!
