  My elderly parents have two havac systems, they were told that the filters needed servicing /replacing every 6 months. Despite always scheduling, letting quality air know, they consistently have shown up to service and replace the filters without having them. Requiring them to then order the filters that they should have already had. While this annoyance could be forgivable, my mother has had to repeatedly call because weeks go by and they never reschedule or let us know the filters are in. The place has gone downhill since Karen stopped answering the phone. Save yourself the headache, work with a different company , Quality Air has apparently better things to do than provide the service they are being paid for.

  I am so impressed. First of all, it was the manager of the condo building that suggested Quality Air Services when I asked her who would be good to do an evaluation of my HVAC system. The technician assigned to come inspect the unit is named Seth. I was so fortunate to have his eyes on the issues. He took things apart, had one question on something out of the ordinary and called the manufacturer (I think that is who it was) of the HVAC system. They told him it is unusual and proceeded to tell Seth they are just learning about this, and what to do. Seth was great! Professional and knowledgeable and he loves what he does. It is refreshing to hear a young person extol the virtues of the company they work for. I learned he drives many, many hours per day. He says it is worth it, to work for this company. My hat is off to Quality Air Services. Since my HVAC requires a return visit (this was just an inspection), I have asked that Seth be the person to fix things since he now knows the unit. Well done, is all I can say. Seth is a good ambassador for this company. Note: I am awaiting a quote for the repair, so I cannot answer the question below about how much it will cost.

  Seth’s work is 10/10! Not only is he incredibly kind, he is a pretty meticulous problem solver when it comes to fixing our AC units. He will even solve problems we didn’t know we had!! Amazing service

  Jose P and Matthew B are great, professional, and fast in the cleaning of my PTAC unit. They have a good report after the work and made recommendations for future cleaning and possible fixes for my older HVAC which I appreciate. Then I have to coordinate woth QAS sales team to get new quotes for new and future projects.

  Seth did an awesome job repairing my air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, replaced the part and thoroughly tested the system to ensure the correct diagnosis. Seth clearly loves what he does and it shows. Quality work and great customer service.
