- EMEmma MeyerSep 18, 20265.0Mr Gilmer did excellent work and was very clear and honest about what needed to me done
- MTMichael TrumbullSep 17, 20265.0Mr Gilmer. Professional and helpful
- CMConnor MartinAug 26, 20261.0Horrible experience. I would seriously avoid this company. These other reviews are likely AI generated. The tech they sent today: 1. Didn’t respect a warranty on a 2 year old system. 2. didn’t speak any English 3. Was unable to explain what he fixed or the work he preformed 4. got aggressive about payment 5. Literally drove off mid conversation when I asked what exactly he fixed. Also! The system still doesn’t work right! Absolutely horrible. Look elsewhere if you want someone to fix your system rather than just taking your money and running. Attached is photo proof of them driving away.
