  I had a vey good experience with Heil Plumbing. The crew led by John showed up on time, was very professional and worked diligently for 3 days to replace the old 4” cast iron sewer line in the basement with new PVC pipes. Ed Scheduling and notifications from their office was flawless. This is my first time working with Heil Plumbing and this was a huge job. I am very please with their performance.

  I contacted Heil Plumbing and HVAC to inspect a water heater in a condo I own in Germantown. There was an issue with the installation of the water heater by the previous owner and I wanted to get a professional opinion on it. Erik Young was the technician that was sent out to do the inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and was able to correct the problem from the other homeowner’s installation. He was also very kind to the little dog in the condo that was extremely noisy and scared. I would definitely recommend this company and Mr. Young.

  I used both branches of Heil's company for my respective plumbing and HVAC needs, and I had a great experience. My assigned plumber, Eric, was incredible. He quickly diagnosed all the issues from my wife and I's recent home inspection report and was able to tell me exactly what work was actually necessary. The same day he came out, he replaced our sump pump, added an expansion tank to our water heater, and fixed two loose toilets. He worked efficiently, did a great job, and left our house looking spotless. I also really appreciated his efforts in putting together a fair quote for the work. On the HVAC side, Ty came out and worked efficiently to ensure our HVAC unit and Furnace were running as they should. I would highly recommend Heil for all their services!

  We just got our maintenance service done and the experience was pleasant. After 10 years of being with another company and due to their deteriorating quality of services, we made the switch to Heil. Appointment process was quick and easy. Steven came as scheduled, was efficient, didn’t try to upsell any unneeded services or products like my previous company, which was a pleasant surprise. We’re happy we found this company.

  Ike came out to my home to investigate a costly issue. It felt more like a family member doing me a favor than a contractor coming out. Open and transparent, he asked me questions as needed, let me know what he was doing and looking for, what was inconsistent from the analysis of other companies etc... There was clarity, no rush, no pressure to act. Just incredibly easy to work with. I wasn't looking for my "guy", but I can now say that when it comes to plumbing that I have found my "guy" and will not be calling anyone else as long as he is around. Save yourself the hassle and headache of calling dozens of companies and getting a bunch of diagnosis and quotes done. Just call Heil.
