  Hoot Heating & Air was recommended by a friend when we had an urgent need. They were very quick to respond to assess the problem. Brian explained our options very well. They were able to get here quickly and the installation of our new HVAC system went very well. Ken and TJ got the job done. We would highly recommend Hoot Heating & Air!

  I am so thankful that I called Hoot!!! They saved me $9,800!! Brian was amazing. He explained everything in detail!! If you want great honest service, Hoot is who you should call!!! As a veteran and single mom, sometimes people take advantage of of you. I am so grateful that there are still honest hardworking working professionals!!! Hoot has gained a reoccurring customer!!! ME 😃😃

  Hoots has repaired several systems for us, completed maintenance to one of our systems, and eventually installed brand new systems to three different properties for us. They are timely, extremely professional, and always reliable. They take the time to educate you and provide you with all of your options. Hoots has completed repairs for us in 90 degree weather with no delay. Highly recommend them for your heating and HVAC needs.

  Called them to schedule a diagnostic for a central air unit and was told the fee would be $99. I was very clear of the kind of unit we have during scheduling. I then get a call a couple of days later to be told that instead of a flat fee of $99, it would be $180 an hour. Canceled on the spot. Don't trust a company that goes back on their word.

  I cannot say enough good things about Hoot! From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain all of my options, walk me through the different products available, and help me make an informed decision without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how quickly they were able to get my new system installed. Once I made my decision, they moved fast and had everything replaced right away. The installation crew was outstanding, professional, respectful, and extremely detail oriented. When they were finished, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Not a single piece of debris or mess was left behind. I received quotes from two other HVAC companies before making my decision, and the pricing wasn’t even close. Hoot was by far the most affordable option, and the level of service I received exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and delivers exceptional work at a fair price, I highly recommend Hoot. This was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had!
