  We had a great experience with Hoot Heating & Air! We realized our AC fan wasn’t kicking on just as the weather was starting to heat up, so we submitted an inquiry online on a Sunday. Someone contacted us quickly and had us scheduled for the very next morning. The technician arrived early, diagnosed the issue fast, and thankfully it ended up being a minor repair. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and had our AC running again in no time. The fast response, great communication, and honest service really stood out to us. We’re so thankful they got us taken care of before the temperatures hit the 90s. We will definitely be using them again in the future when it’s time to upgrade our unit.

  From the initial consultation with Brian to the installation completed by DJ, Dan, and Ken, the entire experience was great. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process easy from the start. DJ, Dan, and Ken did an excellent job installing my new AC unit. They were professional, timely, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. The installation went smoothly, they answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or installation.

  2 new HVAC Trane units installed with professionalism and expertise. From the initial estimate with Brian Logue to the crew that handled the installation ( Kennis, DJ, and Ellis) we are very pleased with Hoot’s quality work and would recommend them to anyone.

  Dylan was great. We are new to the area and when our heat broke, this company was quick to service us and sent Dylan, who was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the repairs. They offered us their maintenance plan which we accepted to hopefully avoid any mishaps in the future.
