He immediately shut off the furnace line, and arranged for a repair technician appointment. I’m very grateful to Alex for his attention to detail and assistance with this issue.

The first local company i called rang and went straight to a virtual assistant, took my information and a month later I still haven’t heard a thing from them. After a recommendation from a coworker I called Dixie land, a real person answered and I had a quote that I was happy with the same week. Everyone throughout the process were friendly and more than helpful with any questions or concerns I had. They showed up on time on the date we scheduled and the install went great, the unit and all of the duct work look really clean. Will recommend in the future.
