  I had a pinhole leak in a valve after a hot water heater replacement they'd done 4 months ago. All the work was covered under warranty and the service tech (Marc) was great at explaining what he was seeing and doing. Hopefully issues don't pop back up again.

  As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated Kristina’s patience and willingness to explain the plumbing issue in my condominium. I also appreciated that the company did not charge me for scheduling the appointment or for the initial inspection of the water leak. The company and Kristina were recommended to me by friends, and I was very pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  Kareem was extremely helpful with helping detect where the leak was coming from, telling me the next steps to getting it resolved, and setting up on a call with a restoration service to deal with mold that had built up.

  We had a serious issue that Mark (technician) and Brian (owner) looked at together. The we’re very communicative and diligent. I appreciated their work to fix the issue and their calming communication about what needed to be done. Thanks Mark and Brian.

  This is the second time I have used Brian B. Quick, and again I am a very satisfied customer!!! Recently in July, Mike Smith did an awesome job diagnosing my valve issues and then replacing them while also removing my broken garbage disposal and draining my plumbing line. He was effective and conscientious just like the 1st plumber from this company that repaired my toilets. I will continue to use Brian B. Quick, and they respond and make appointments quickly! Much appreciated!!!
