  I had a great experience with Marc from Brian B. Quick Plumbing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and even provided helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just rush through the job he made sure everything was done correctly and that I understood what was going on. It’s hard to find honest, skilled professionals these days, and Marc definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Brian B. Quick Plumbing and especially Marc for anyone needing reliable plumbing services

  I was pleased with how easy Brian B Quick made it to replace my aging water heater. I got an appointment for the next day and once it was confirmed that the water heater definitely should be replaced they took care of it the same day. The installation was done efficiently and neatly. Abe was very knowledgeable and gave clear and concise answers to all my questions. I’m very happy to now have a new water heater that’s up to code. I’ll definitely use Brian B Quick for future plumbing needs

  Kristina and Jayde were life savers after my hot water heater went out. They arrived quickly and removed and installed a new water heater in a few hours. They were professional and described everything they were doing making sure I understood what needed to be done and what to do if future problems arose. They also identified a few other problems that were not up to code and made sure to explain what needed done. I highly recommend them and will be sure to work with them again.

  It would be nice if every contractor provided service as professionally as Brian B. Quick Plumbing. Their plumber arrived on the same day I called (early than we expected), correctly identified the problem, and efficiently fixed the clogged pipe in short order. Brian B. Quick Plumbing did not charge for the initial service call to diagnose the problem, which is particularly refreshing. Caleb, who did the job, was quite knowledgeable and professional. He explained how he would fix the problem, and provided an accurate, reasonable cost estimate. The service experience provided by Caleb and Brian B. Quick Plumbing is exceptional, and I encourage people to give them a try for plumbing work. I will certainly call them again if I need plumbing service in the future.

  We had a small leak in a pipe in our basement. I called Brian B. Quick at 7:30 am and Kristina, a certified plumber and gasfitter and Chris, a plumber's helper arrived by 10:00 am. They quickly identified the problems and gave me two options to fix the leak. I also went over several other plumbing issues that we had with them. They gave me an estimate on the spot for each of the issues, and I accepted their estimate. They went to buy supplies and fixed all my issues by 3:00 pm that afternoon. They were both polite and knowledgeable and they did neat work. They did not try to pressure me into doing the additional work; I chose to do it without any pressure being put on me. Based on my experience with Kristina and Chris, I highly recommend Brian B. Quick Plumbing.
