- RGRandell Greer1 day ago5.0Found a problem with one of our A/C units not draining properly and leaking into our laundry room at 3:30 in the afternoon. A call to JC Warner had a tech out in 30 minutes who was able to clear the line and remove the accumulated condensate in about another 30 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommended.

She walked me through the work being done and provided a detailed report after covering exactly what was checked and serviced on the unit. Nothing was rushed or left unexplained.. Kimber also pointed out a few future options with considering down the road, but was clear these were suggestions, not anything mandatory. I really appreciate it that no pressure approach. On top of her expertise, she was just genuinely pleasant to have in my home; friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly took a pride in doing the right job.. Highly recommend asking for Kimber if you need HVAC service!

The receptionist who answered my call was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, especially given how urgent the AC issue was. Kimberly Salvas came out to the house and was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, friendly, quick, and very efficient in diagnosing the problem. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this company based on the excellent customer service I received!
