  I would highly recommend Alpha Heating and AC. Our AC when out on a Saturday night around 9pm. I called Alpha Heating and AC at 7:30 on Sunday morning and Steve the owner was at our home at 11:00am. Steve explained everything to us, had our unit up and running withing 30 minutes and the prices was right. Thanks again Steve for a job well done!!!

  It was only one of thee hottest days of the heatwave of Summer 2026 when my HVAC system decided that it was too tired to go on chilling my home. I was very upset and prepared for the worst when trying to locate a repair company. Not only was it a weekend, but a holiday weekend nonetheless! In comes Alpha Heating & Conditioning, I picked them out of my Google search after reading their reviews and comparing them to others, people overwhelmingly felt taken care by this company. Booking n appointment online was easy, quick & convenient. They were accepting appointments on the 4th of July 🙌🏾 . I picked a 10:00AM slot and received a text & emailed confirmation immediately. I knew it as automated so I was praying that holiday didn’t interfere, mind you I booked this appointment online at 9:52PM the night before. On the day of, I called at approximately 9:55 just to make sure the appointment actually got picked up by a real person and that someone would be coming. A guy named Steve answered and told me, yes, the appointment was going to happen and that he was leaving his first job and on his way to me. When Steve arrived he was in a fully equipped truck and was very polite & courteous. We went around back and Steve went above & beyond to explain everything that he was going to do & check for and all of the possible outcomes before he even touched the unit. He was very thorough and it’s during our our back & fourth discussion is when I found out that he was the owner of the business, it made sense because his passion for what he does and pride that he takes in his work was definitely coming through. Steve went to work, found out the issue and gave me a quote. The shock on my face, which was a good shock because OMG, I wasn’t being railroaded or taken advantage of, his pricing is very reasonable and worth it. I just found my long haul HVAC company!! The entire experience from booking to repair was A-1, thank you so much Steve!! There’s still honest companies with integrity out there, book them NOW!!!

  I had a great experience with using Alpha for the first time when my AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and Oliver was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and made sure I understood all of my options. I will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

  Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job on examining my industrial AC unit, gave it a necessary routine check up and maintenance required after such a long time between check ups. Oliver, my HVAC tech on the day, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. Top shelf company!

  We recently had a new AC system installed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless when they were done. The installation was smooth, and our home is already noticeably more comfortable. We truly appreciate their excellent workmanship and customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!
