Thomas was very courteous and efficient. He was able to restore my heat, informed me that the furnace will need another part, and will let me know when it comes in. Thomas arrived earlier than expected and was finished the work within 15-20 minutes. Overall, Thomas provided a favorable experience.

I really wanted to work with this team given their great reviews, but unfortunately, communication became a significant hurdle. After the initial quote, it was difficult to get a hold of Steve to move forward, and the onboarding process was never completed. A major pain point was the answering service: every time I called to follow up and couldn't reach him directly, I had to re-explain the project from scratch. After several weeks of limited progress and unreturned calls, we ultimately had to go with another provider. It’s unfortunate, as the potential is there, but the lack of communication and operational continuity made it impossible to complete the project. ★★☆☆☆

I wanted a cleaning and duct repair (if needed). Owner was nice over the phone but rep didn’t do anything when he came and told me to wait 3-4 months for them to actually come fix it. He said “we don’t just recommend changing the whole system if it’s not needed” then made that exact rec without actually checking. Didn’t look into a single vent, didn’t look at the system, didn’t even put his hand up to the vents. Gave me a technical explanation as if I wouldn’t understand but that clearly was not the problem. Basically billed me $120 for taking a tour of my house. Smoked a cigarette for 10 mins in front of my house and smelled like smoke the whole tour. Went elsewhere and got the service I requested for not issue.

I recently replaced my 15 year old AC unit, getting quotes from three companies. Alpha came out quickly and provided multiple options, which included easily the best deal for what I needed. I went with a full AC and Furnace replacement as both units were the same age. They provided a quick turnaround in June and I was able to get the units replaced within a week. They were efficient and able to get both units changed in just a few hours, Oliver who I spoke with the day of was very helpful. I ran into an issue following the installation but the owner Steve was very helpful and worked with me to resolve it quickly. The unit has run great through multiple heat waves this summer. Alpha also handled getting the manufacturer warranty setup for both units and provided a 2 year warranty on labor as well. Excellent local company I would highly recommend for HVAC repairs/replacement.
