Not blaming them for that--the technician, David, was great and professional. But in ordering a new part, they tried to charge me $1,450 for a pump i can order myself for $950. When I asked about this, they defended a 40% markup on the part as justified because of "office time" and the possibility of issues on the backend. To put that in other words, they wanted to charge me more than $400 for the 10 minutes of time it takes to go online and order a part. No consideration for the amount of money I've already paid them for no results, and an absurd rate to charge for nearly no work. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because the technician was great.
