  Carpet Village was wonderful to work with. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. Installation team was on time, prepped the rooms for us, completed the install perfectly, and cleaned up. The results are spectacular. Thank you to the entire team.

  Carpet Village Original Review: 11/07/2016 (1 Star) Updated Review: 11/9/2016 (3 Stars): I requested Carpet Village come in, sand/refinish my hardwood floors and also replace some shoe molding. Stephen was very helpful with providing estimates and I went ahead and decided to go with them. They were able to complete the work within a week which worked out perfectly with my schedule. Unfortunately, after reviewing the work that had been done, I was very unimpressed. Bad shoe molding was used, a boot print was left in the wood, marks were left on the walls, and there were places on the hardwood that were clearly not sanded. They also managed to trip the power and failed to mention anything to me about it. I was not able to enter the home for a couple of days because of the floors, so the puddle under the fridge was a nice surprise as well as the spoiled food inside the fridge. I immediately contacted Stephen and he expressed concern and ensured me all these problems would be taken care of immediately. I reluctantly agreed to give them a second chance. The second time around, the floors looked much better and they managed to fix many of their mistakes. Unfortunately, if you are at the right angle you can still see the boot print, there are still some areas where the floor was sanded a bit uneven, and there are places where the shoe molding was placed very unprofessional like. I was charged the original amount we agreed upon but was given a bottle of floor cleaner. (I am a man of my word and accepted to pay them a specific amount; and although I do not believe they kept their end of the deal, I'll keep my word.) Overall, very nice folks running this business, but unfortunately the contractors they hired to represent their company did a sub-par job. I may use them again in the future for the simple fact that when I pointed out their mistakes, they were quick to address them and were very professional the whole time.

  Great Service! Our carpet was picked, ordered, and installed in under a week. Every person we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable about the products they carried. We told them our budget, and they gave us their picks, which were all great quality carpets. Highly recommend their services. It was a pleasure to do business with them!
