We have used Alpha for over 6 years now and have always found them to be prompt, fair, conscientious and efficient. We have had our outdoor pipes replaced, a basement flood mitigated and several toilets and small leaks repaired due to poor installation by the people who quick flipped our house. Leaving this review finally because we just had to call for a fridge water line repair and they came within 3 hours and solved our problem in 1 for a fair price and with kindness.

I was referred to Alpha by a family member. I had received a very high quote from another company and Alpha provided a very reasonable quote for an extremely difficult job. When they were on site, they ran into difficulties that almost totally prevented the work being done on my sewer. Chuck personally came put and, thinking outside the box, presented a whole new solution that worked out perfectly. I was very happy with all the employees, including Andrew and particularly with Chuck. I highly recommend Alpha and will only use them in the future.

Fast backflow testing. It cost too much for that lil bit of time. The job is less than 10 minutes. So $150 for 10 minutes. Clearly I’m in the wrong field. However, it’s another thing that MD makes its residents have to pay for. But good service if it’s a must.

Joe and his team were absolutely great! I’m a loyal customer and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs they’re able to handle. They’re always efficient, quick, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything clearly, make sure the job is done properly, and are always respectful of your home and property. Most importantly, they make sure your needs are met and that you’re completely taken care of. I highly recommend Joe and his team and will continue to call them whenever I need plumbing work!
