  Brandon and Tyler showed up in 20 minutes and took care of ky flooded basement. They were quick and very helpful during stressful event. They did a great job.

  I discovered mold in my mother's basement and reached out to Flood Solutions to get it remediated. They were able to quickly get in and went above and beyond to ensure all the mold was removed and wouldn't return. They made sure to walk me through the entire process and provided multiple options to ensure it was fixed properly. They even gave suggestions on steps we could take to ensure it didn't return. Everyone I worked with at Flood Solutions was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. In the unfortunate event I ever have any emergencies I will definitely be calling Flood Solutions again, and I highly recommend everybody else do the same! I'd easily give them 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you again for putting the care and time into my mother's house in the same way I believe you would have done for you own mother.

  Flood Solutions has been incredibly helpful as new home owners trying to get our new home in order! We have had a variety of problems that they have helped us with in the most professional and thorough manner. They have been wonderful with communication, helping us understand the problems, and of course, getting them fixed in a reasonable time frame and high quality work! I couldn’t recommend that more for any type of work that you have!

  Flood solutions did a wonderful job fixing my basement ceiling. I had mold from a leaky pipe. Everything was removed and safely sealed. Then, Josh, Josh and Ramona came to replace the missing section of the ceiling. Everyone was friendly and professional and my ceiling looks amazing!

  Came to our rental in Bowie on Thursday with a surprise waiting for us! The Water heater had sprung a pinhole leak and the constant hot water and pooling water on the floor caused high heat and humidity in the closet where it is housed along with the furnace. The furnace, consequently, took that hot, moist air all through the house - causing the humidity to increase by 80+%. The result of this is water pooling on the ceiling, paint peeling and water stains in EVERY room! None of us had seen anything like it before. There was so much water on the ceiling, it looked like a water line had sprung a leak in the attic - but there is no water line in the attic!! I called Flood Solutions and they came out within an hour. Megan took her time and assessed the situation. At the end she offered a very thorough and detailed roadmap for how they would deal with the problems at hand. I had also contacted another company to come right behind her who didn't offer the same level of detail. I asked questions based upon Megan's report and plan, and the response was "I will need to check on that and get back to you. But we can start tomorrow" Like, what?? Start tomorrow doing...what exactly?? Needless to say, I went with Megan and Vonn. As of this is writing, Megan and Vonn's assistance with our water issue is halfway completed (we are waiting for the house to dry out and be dehumidified over the next 4 days.) Everything has been put in place to complete the job - it's just a matter of collecting their equipment. They also offer a 1 year guarantee of their services!! Thoroughly pleased. Hopefully, I will never require a flood service provider in the future, but if I do, I will call them first. Much appreciated for their timeliness, professionalism and service.
