  Flood Solutions did an excellent job with my water remediation project. Megan and Matt, were both outstanding to work with. They responded quickly and were able to get onsite within a hour of my call on a Friday evening. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to explain my options and provided cost-effective solutions to address the issue without unnecessary work or expense. Throughout the process, they were friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional. The quality of the work and communication exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Flood Solutions to anyone in need of remediation services.

  Mathew, Sebastian, and Tyler were awesome and professional. I had mold in my basement and they did a great job fixing it and cleaning everything up.

  I had Megan & Matt with Flood Solutions at my house in Middle River, because I had water flooding my basement. Megan found it was my Hot Water Heater leaking and Not my foundation. They came in to clear out & remove all the water & my damaged products. All in the process of mitigating the mold that had started to form, they continued Monitoring, Spaying & Ventilating the basement. Until the clean readings were @ an acceptable range, after a week of almost daily monitoring the job was fully completed; and turned over the basement back to me. Megan & her crews were very Curtis us, informative, Professional & Thorough.Thanks Denny D. 😊

  I highly recommend Flood Solutions. I found them doing a Google search when my washing machine on the upper level of my home caused water damage that leaked down into my dining room. From the moment I called them to help with restoration services, they were professional, supportive, and walked me through what to expect.. The team was on site within the hour and the technicians followed up throughout the entire process to keep me informed. Hopefully, I don’t experience anymore water damage, but if I did, Flood Solutions would be my first phone call.

  I used Flood Solutions Inc on Tuesday 06/09/2026 and was amazed at the results! Not only did Megan come out within the hour but she was so nice and pleasant to work with. I had a small hole in Ba drain pipe in my basement ceiling and there was water that needed cleaned up and her crew took care of everything, from bagging wet things up for me to treating some of the wood to setting up 5 big fans and a big dehumidifier. They hauled away things that were not salvageable as well. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this company and Megan, Brandon and Tyler did an excellent job!! I highly recommend this professional company to do any work you may need due to water damage!! Beth Smith- Essex, MD
