Chris did our inspection nearly 3 years ago and his lack of attention to detail has cost us almost $15k in roof leaks, a/c repair and home repair. I can't say anything about Baltimore Home Specs as a company but you should not allow Chris W to do your inspection Edit; I did contact you, you're welcome to respond or I can continue but this time with photos of the items you clearly missed. as proof. Your choice.

Chris completed a rental inspection and lead test for my home. He was prompt, communicative, and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with all the documentation I needed. I would definitely recommend his services!

I have now used Chris of Baltimore Home Specs for two different home purchases. Chris is always very professional and happy to explain every part of what he is inspecting. He has always been very punctual for his appointments and gets the inspection report to you in a timely manner. Chris and his company will always be #1 on my list of inspectors.

Even though Chris sent me documents the day of instead of prior to, he still was a nice gentleman who was honest, arrived early and completed the job fast. TY!
