  This company has been an absolute disaster to deal with. I paid for a survey to be done on a small 13,000 sqft piece of land that I was purchasing in December, 2025. The land was supposed to be surveyed before closing, but Wilkerson and Associates kept pushing the date back with the only communication of me reaching out and checking to see if it was done or even started. The only time they ever reached out was the first time they had to reschedule due to rain. I had to reach out every week for 4 weeks to get it an update. Even after all of that they never actually staked out the whole property. It's like they didn't even read the deed that outlined the property itself or listen to what I had to say. I was dumb, and paid them before the work was completed, without an actual contract ever being written/signed. After a month of them doing half the work and taking a month to do the scheduled work, Judy M. Mutter-Smack had the audacity to send me a bill asking for an extra $800. I've tried calling numerous times to discuss why the work hasn't been finished and why they are trying to charge me extra, but Roland just so happens to be out of the office or on vacation every time I call.
