  I have been dealing with leaky left bathroom faucet. I tried to take apart and repair. Left it undone for a week trying each day. But I couldn't. I made appointment on Friday, I was on schedule Monday a.m. Nick and Jefferson were pleasant and lovely to work with. Very tidy. Very kind. Now I have the cutest working faucet. Thank you. Denise

  D’Andre was great he came out to do my estimate and also lmk the filter i had for one of my units was too small. I’ve had multiple hvac techs here since I’ve owned the place no one has ever let me know lol. Hopefully when i do the actually service he will be the one to complete it as well

  Drew and Akeem were absolutely great. I stated what the problem was and the symptoms I saw, and confirmed it was indeed a water pressure issue. They made sure there weren't any additional issues with the waterlines coming into my house, either. They were courteous, clean, friendly, and very professional, and ensured I understood all options available. The cost to replace the pressure regulator, add a dual check valve (brought my house up to current code), and replace the main shut off valve felt like a great deal, especially to avoid issues with older plumbing in the future. I would recommend this company, and especially Drew and Akeem.

  I had two recent experiences with Honest Abe. They both were very satisfactory. Brandon cleaned my chimney, in a fireplace that has a wood fire insert. The place was left spotless. During that process, Brandon pointed (with proper documented pictures) that the mortar of the chimney top was cracked and recommended it be repaired. A second appointment was made and Aiden and his teammate were able to properly repair the mortar in just a few hours leaving me worry free for years to come. I would recommend Honest Abe for your chimney cleaning or related repairs. Their use of technology (digital assistance) was also very impressive, the scheduling and expedient communication was outstanding.

  I had been researching plumbers for a while and decided to reach out this company after seeing them in my social media feed and reading reviews. My initial experience with the scheduler was great, however, the day of the appointment that all changed. My first sign was the person I reached when I RETURNED a call as requested by the technician to confirm the appointment. I wanted to also let them know to wear boot covers per our no shoe preference. The call felt rushed and unpleasant as he was talking over me rather than listening. The nail in the coffin was the technicians arrival. As I opened the door to greet Nick, he already gave off stale unenthusiastic vibes. As I ATTEMPTED to confirm if they shared the boot cover message, he just came in the door with no eye contact or response, stepped over the large rug in place for removing shoes or putting on covers, stepped on the bare floor with his work boots, then puts on the covers and asks what’s going on. I responded to say well did they not tell you why you’re here? I was already confused because he didn’t have any equipment. He says well they just said a plumbing inspection but you can show me what’s going on. I thought a plumbing inspection was a specific step by step process but beyond that his attitude was so low vibrational as if he just didn’t want to be there. After a little more back and forth I kindly asked to cancel and saw him out. Not sure why and I won’t say what I’m thinking but I refuse to invite that aura into my home or do business with anyone who lacks professionalism or enthusiasm. That to me is a reflection of the type of service I’d receive…poor quality. I hope they work to improve either their people skills or hire technicians who actually want to work. …and yes we all have bad days but as adults we should also know to leave that at the door when it’s time to handle business.
