  Tim from Honest Abe came out quickly and had lots of experience working on an older air conditioning unit like mine. He didn’t try to sell me on replacing it- said it was in good shape and the repair was an easy fix at a really great price. When I do buy a new one I’m getting it from them! Will recommend them to everyone I know.

  This past week I coordinated a chimney relining with Honest Abe as well as a follow-up visit for a water heater at my mother’s home. I was extremely impressed with the prompt service, the professionalism, the technology, the attention to detail, and reasonable cost for the jobs! After my Mother had Honest Abe repair her furnace during the extremely cold weather back in January (which was completed in 2 days including obtaining a part) the technician observed my Mom’s interior chimney was deteroriating -crumbling - falling apart causing carbon monoxide concerns. Honest Abe provided an estimate. After researching other companies, I concluded Honest Abe was the right company for the job because of the itemization of the pending job they provided, the warranty, their professional licenses, and their technician/sales person Brandon who took time to call me and answered all my questions. Their technology is awesome - letting you know 30-40 minutes prior when the techician(s) is/are on their way. Maykol and Alonso arrived timely at Mom’s home, put on their protective booties to keep her carpet clean, and proceeded to attack the chimney relining job. They finished the job in about 5 hours which was well within the estimated time period of 4-8 hours. Upon going on the roof, Maykol found an additional issue of concern- the mortar on Mom’s chimney was crumbling. He showed us a picture which clearly showed the cracking. He offered an estimate to fix it immediately and needless to say, Mom was extremely happy to have the new mortar applied! Maykol and Alonso worked diligently and were extremely respectful of property. Maykol wanted to make certain we knew how they were progressing and he was only too happy to show me exactly what they were doing. He made me feel comfortable checking in with them and their work progress! Once they completed the job, they turned the hot water heater back on. After they left, we observed the relief valve on the tank was leaking. The tank is 11 years old. I called the company however, since it was late in the day, Maykol and Alonso had headed home, but the office relayed “Abe” would be out the next morning early to review. Abe visited, reviewed, and offered 3 solutions. Mom accepted one to replace the relief valve and expansion tank. Within abt 2 hours, parts were delivered and technician Sol visited to repair and install. It took him maybe a half hour! All perfect! Amazing! We are a 100% satisfied! Mom also enrolled in their maintenance plan so she can have peace of mind with annual inspections of her HVAC system as well as her plumbing and chimney if she so desires. Thank you everyone at Honest Abe! We appreciated all!

  Brandon M from honest Abe was the true definition Of both professional and personable. Brandon had great communication skills from the moment. He let me know he was on the way to coming into my home, the inspection and thoroughly explaining the results of such and what needed to be done. I appreciate Brandon for explaining things to me so that I can understand and know the benefit of prevention and being proactive in all areas

  I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by D'Andre. His expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions thoroughly, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge throughout the visit.   I had a great experience with Honest Abe this past weekend. The drain by my backdoor was not draining the water from the rain due to debris in the pipe. I called once I realized water was coming into my basement bedroom, and they came out within hours to assist. They snaked the pipe and ran water in it for several minutes while checking the sump pump to ensure all the debris was cleared. They were professional, respectful, and completed the job within 30 mins.
