  From the sales person down to the crew, they all did an excellent job. We have 1.4 acres fully fenced. They took down the old fence and put up the new fence in less than three days I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  We upgraded from an old, beaten down four-foot chain link fence to a new six-foot black chain link fence and could not be happier! We also had six-foot vinyl fencing installed in the front, complete with gates. Holly, our salesperson, was incredible to work with. From the initial estimate to the install, she was right there to answer any questions and make adjustments as needed. Donna in the office was quick to respond as well. The install team was incredible! They installed more than 400 feet of fencing in one day. And it looks absolutely gorgeous. The price was unbeatable! We highly recommend Long Fence and would not go anywhere else for any future fencing needs.

  The rep came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, had the tools right then and there to measure for quotes. Gave me all the options and stuck with the price point I had in mind. Quote was back within a day. Scheduled and installed for two weeks out from the quotes, and had my old fence down and hauled and the new one up in ONE DAY. Loved they had payment plans as well. Highly recommend for fencing!

  I am writing to provide feedback on our recent experience with Long Fence regarding the installation of our 16x16 deck. While we are ultimately satisfied with the final product, the process did not meet our initial expectations. Our salesman, Dan, promised that the deck—ordered in March—would be completed before June 1. We booked the job based on this timeline due to a planned vacation. Unfortunately, the deadline was missed, and we were notified of the delay while away. Dan had also suggested using an existing permit to save time, which proved problematic. However, our project manager, Jeff, was exceptional. He called us while we were on vacation to explain that using the existing permit risked a rejection from the county due to the updated design. Upon our return, we noticed several issues, including a curling deck rail, unmatched corners, shoddy cuts, and marks on the white poles. Jeff listened to all of our concerns, remained highly responsive and professional, and ensured every issue was resolved. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up the area well, and built a high-quality deck. Jeff’s outstanding service made the extra money spent worth it, and Long Fence is lucky to have him.
