  Good luck getting scheduled if you can get someone to even answer the phone. A single star for coming out a couple months ago and mounting our unit on the house like they were supposed to. They did a good job with that and the techs were friendly and polite enough. The good review ends there. 0 stars for communication and service since then. They wired our thermostat wrong when they mounted the unit and then charged me a service fee of $99 to come back out and fix THEIR mistake. Had to place an emergency service call a couple months later because a contact failed on the unit (these things happen - no fault of theirs, I'm sure). They were a no-call, no show. I called after they were an hour late. The operator couldn't get ahold of the tech, but said she would have them call me. At the 2 hour mark, she claimed they still couldn't reach the tech. I canceled our service call and reached our to Dixon Electric, who promptly came out within the half hour, fixed the problem, and were on their way. No way do I recommend this company.

  Mike and Derek are excellent employees!! They r very knowledgeable about Carrier units and very efficient in solving problems!

  I scheduled a service call with Advanced Heating & Cooling to get a second opinion regarding some odd things that were going on with my furnace. Josh Burnash was the technician who was sent to my home. He called ahead, arrived on time, and was professional and courteous from start to finish. Josh listened attentively and patiently as I described my situation, and he spent a good deal of time looking over my system and explaining things to me. Although there was ultimately nothing wrong with my furnace, Josh made suggestions to help me overcome some of the annoying issues I'd been dealing with. He also took care of some small leaks in my ductwork. He left me feeling reassured and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and helpful Josh was! Everything about my experience with Advanced Heating & Cooling was positive, and even though this was my first time using the company, I would not hesitate to recommend them and Josh Burnash.
