    Mr Vince was very knowledgeable efficient friendly and so kind. He made an assessment that the clog in my basement bathroom is due to septic line blockage and the fix had to be done after septic pump. He was absolutely right and helped me to find a septic service before left mty house. His attention to my problem in such a kind manner was impressive and to my mind he was like God sent angel. He didn’t charge me for analysis but he mentioned if I ever need his service I could call back and he made a tentative schedule just in case after septic pump problem persist and I would need him to come for further evaluation and eventually fixing the clog.

    Shad provided clear, strait forward options and pricing. He was ready for the install once the assessment was done. He also noticed a fire sprinkler line backflow valve that was overdue for replacement. This was helpful to avoid a problem before failure of the valve. He was able to fix that in the same visit. Pricing was fair and the installations were done well. I would recommend Shad (Reed and Sons Services) to others with plumbing needs.

    We found a water spot on our ceiling late last night and immediately began the search for the cause. We noticed more water damage where our shower pipes were. We immediately called insurance first to start a claim and Reed and Sons was our next call to try and figure out the cause and the extent. They were able to get to us first thing this morning since it wasn't an emergency - great timing and wonderful customer service over the phone! Dallas came out to diagnose the water leak in our master shower. He was so friendly and walked us through it all. He was patient in answering all of our questions and he showed us everything he found. We made a plan together that my husband and I were comfortable with and he gave us options so we could choose what worked for us. He was wonderful to work with and we look forward to working with him and the Reed and Sons team as we go through this process to remediate the leak.

    I called this morning with a water heater leaking all over our basement and they sent Butch and Cory right away. They got here so fast! Not only that, they were informative, fair and efficient. In less than five hours from the discovery of the leak we had a new water heater and hot water. Highly recommend for their professional and responsive service.

    We highly recommend Reed and Son. They have fixed a number of plumbing issues at our home; scheduling is easy, they're prompt, they thoroughly suss out the problem, give options for solutions, give clear explanations, work well as a team to get supplies to the job site as needed and are very reasonably priced. In short, every time they finish a job for us, we say to ourselves man, those guys are good. Yesterday, Nick sorted out a new water heater for us. He patiently talked through all the options (we had a lot of questions) and gave clear on the spot quotes. No pressure, just information. He also did a quick once over of our whole water system (we have well water), made some minor adjustments and gave us a reminder rundown of all the things we can do to keep the system in good working order. when he left everything was up and working great. THEN after he had gone, two of our faucets stopped working. So, I called first thing this morning. Nick was back out here within 15 minutes and had the faucets up and running within 10 - and that is not an exaggeration. Again, we highly recommend this company (shout out Nick!)
