It was a pleasure having Jacob as my A/C serviceman. He was punctual and communicated with me throughout the entire visit. His thoroughness, attention to detail, and professional knowledge was much appreciated as he explained my options for a/c maintenance. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing him my next maintenance visit.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This company does not care about you. They don't return phone calls, they don't follow through on their mistakes. They tried to give me a used heat pump as an open box. Now the "New" unit is not working. I called in Saturday for emergency service and their idea of that is to put me on the schedule for Tuesday maybe. Please stay away from them

Very professional. Found the issue and fixed it. Came out on a Sunday that was a holiday weekend. Not many companies would do that.
In 2024 we had a brand new HVAC System installed after waiting 10 days in the brutal summer heat advisory days. When the install was finally completed, there was a joint that was not completely crimped down, causing our utility room and downstairs to flood. One Hour sent back a technician to fix it, but the next day our downstairs was flooded again. They then sent back the original installer who fixed the unit again, repairing the source of the flood. We were offered zero compensation despite needing anti mold treatment and ripping our carpet out right next to our kids playroom. Fast forward to March 2026 when we had our Membership Maintenance Visit completed. After the technician left, we noticed wet rags soaking wet in our utility room and the carpet and drywall were completed soaked again. We ripped the carpet out AGAIN and did the mold treatments AGAIN. We assumed the technician may have spilled the condensate drain or something, so cleaned it up and moved on. Fast forward again until the beginning of June, we took our kids outside to play with the hose for the first time since the technician was here, and our house completely flooded again. The hose hook up inside is exactly where the technician left his tool bag, and it explains the wet rags left if the line was broken at that time and the residual water poured into the room. Instead of letting us know, he covered it up and left it for us to discover. When we called to report all of this, we were getting passed from branch to branch. We finally were told that the Mount Airy poached our house when we called for the original install from our home branch and 'the managers are still fighting over this one.' We are now in the middle of a mess where a branch 1.5 hours away from us is responsible and not responding, when we have a branch 20 minutes away who assessed the situation, said it was completely the fault of the technician, but cannot fix it since their branch didn't completely the original install. We are left in the middle of a branch dispute because Mount Airy is poaching customers from other franchise branches. We have requested compensation to help us replace the carpet, make necessary drywall repairs and cover the mold treatment, but have been completely ignored or treated poorly by management. The hardships that my family has been through within the past 2 years because of this company is disheartening. Do your research before contacting this company or you too might be in the middle of a dispute without getting answers or compensation for the major home damages they have caused.

No one wants to spend thousands replacing a furnace, especially when you weren't expecting to. That said, when you find yourself in that position, you want technicians who are kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Chris and Jason replaced my furnace today and they were all the above. They took care with my property, and were respectful of my space. They remained professional the entire 4 hour install and left just as quietly as they came. Chris made sure to explain the new system and showed me where everything was before leaving.
