  We have been using J&J for 7 months now and have never had a problem. They are very reliable and show up at the same time each week, so we know when to put our trash out and when we'll be able to move our cans back. If there are any changes due to holidays, etc., they let you know well in advance. Definitely recommend!

  J&J Trash Service, I’m a newer customer but you guys are always on time for pick up and you never leave the can in the middle of the driveway like the recycle guys do lol I would highly recommend to anyone looking for trash service,,,, thank you for what you guys do

  J&J are easy to work with, reasonably priced and reliable! I especially like that customer service is an actual human and even though we haven’t had to use it they accept and accommodate larger than usual pick ups (bagged outside of our bin) at fair prices without forcing an increased service agreement. Customer service goes a long way for me and they’re great!

  For the third time our trash can has not been fully emptied during our regularly scheduled pick up. I finally made a call to address our concern and was told unfortunately it happens because they use a truck with the mechanical arm attached to pick it up rather than someone personally making sure our trash is emptied. This is not only a problem of having too much trash the following week for pick up, but also we are dealing with trash that is smelling over 2 weeks old since what was left is in the bottom of our can. The solution offered to me was that a truck could come and pick up what was left behind, but it would not be until 2 days before our next scheduled pick up date, and it would also cost me $35. Sadly I feel we should not be charged extra to resolve a problem we are not creating and will be switching services. In addition, by using their method of pick up our trash can is either slammed down and laying on the ground or upright with the lid open to fill with water if it is raining.
