  J&J Inc Trash is a great company. I’ve never had an issue with them. Their service is affordable, reliable, and they never fail to pick up on schedule. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable trash service.

  Very hard to get through to them. It never used to be. The person answering the phone immediately puts you on hold and doesn't come back to the line. So far first call this AM has been on hold for 10 minutes and I'm still waiting AGAIN to talk to them after I was disconnected? Is a trash company really this busy where they do this??!

  Super disappointed to find out they’re merging with Apple Valley Waste, and pissed that they didn’t notify customers until after the merge. I hate Apple Valley Waste with a passion and would rather pay 10x what I’m paying now than give AVW a single penny.

  This Trash Truck company picks up trash in my neighborhood. A few months ago they broke my trash can because the trash collector people are in such a hurry that they just throw the trash cans. Today, I came home to a totally broken lid. I have a ring camera, and we can see the trash can thrown. Not happy at all.

  A regrettable decision that went on far too long. Several times we’ve left extra cans by the road (expecting and accepting additional fees to be assessed) and they continue to just not take them. Now I have trash sitting around until the following week. I’ve called their customer care team multiple times, they said it’s fine and I’ll incur a charge, but the service isn’t being done. I’m over it. Some holidays they skip, other holidays they don’t. You have to call to figure out when to leave the transit for. This should be easy and it has not been whatsoever. Expensive for no reason
