  Constantly having to remove eight trash cans from behind mine and my neighbors vehicles to be able to leave for work in the morning after personally asking that they be placed back where they were put to go out so you were not blocking people in. And just this morning I had to go sweep up glass and other trash that was dumped on the ground behind my car and left there. Thanks so much

  We pay you to come pick up our trash and yet you leave our property with other peoples trash laying next to our bin…. Absolutely pathetic

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kendall. We are customers of J&J Trash. I have spoke with her on several occasions. She has always been professional, kind and worked hard to satisfy our refuse needs. She does it with a smile and is a true asset to the company. Richard Witthaus

  Left a complete mess all over the neighborhood during our Friday pickup and didnt bother doing anything about the mess and later went out to store and found the same mess all over the main road leaving the neighborhood as well

  I switched from one trash company to this one (j&j) because they kept not showing up to pick up my trash. This is now two weeks that JNJ has came down my road hit one side of the road and not came back so my trash has not been taken. I don’t understand why we pay for people to pick up trash and if we don’t make the payment, it’s an issue, but when you guys don’t pick up our trash, we’re not supposed to have an issue? They even told me last week when they didn’t pick up that they would pick up extra and not charge now it’s gonna be even more. I want money back. I want two weeks of my next bill taken off and I want all my trash picked up. Do your job pick up the trash stop skipping houses. This is bs. I’m gonna be looking for another trash company at this point
