  I've been using Floor Carpet & Tile for years. When I had a flood in my basement, about 18 years ago, I was shopping around for new carpet. I had gone to several places and decided to go here. The price was reasonable and David spent a lot of time explaining what carpet would be best and why and made several recommendations in different price ranges. The work was done on time and was flawless. When I later decided to get hardwood floors, I immediately went here and received the same service and high quality. I appreciate the feedback and suggestions David provides since he's the expert and he's been spot on. He doesn't try to get me to buy something more expense than I need or try to sell me something additional to increase his sale. He comes out personally and measures everything and follows up after installation to make sure I'm happy with everything. I've also gone here for new carpet and just as pleased. I need to get new carpeting on my steps and here I am, back to Floor Carpet & Tile. I don't shop around and drive myself nuts. I know David will make sure I have the right product, the perfect installation and the best value.

  The worst installation ever! We used the company in 2010 and had the worst installation for carpet in our life. Our security system line was cut by the installers and our wedding portrait damaged during just the beginning of the issues. A year later the carpet began to stretch and "wave" with each humid day. We spent over $6k for the carpet and we are now having to restretch or tear up their lousy install. I would never use this company again!
