  Our house was hit by a huge branch damaging the roof, gutter and siding. On the recommendation of a neighbor who used them for far more extensive damage in the past, I called Roofing Pups. The owner came by over the weekend and gave us a price in line with the insurance estimate and the repairs were completed the same week. The roof, siding and gutters look great! The crew cleaned up well. I’m very pleased and give them five stars!

  I can’t recommend Roofing Pups highly enough! Curtis came out to look at an issue I was having with my door, and I was so impressed with how helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable he was. Curtis took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain what was happening, and give me honest advice without trying to pressure me into unnecessary work. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping the customer rather than simply making a sale. It’s not often that you come across someone as trustworthy and professional as Curtis. I would absolutely recommend Roofing Pups to anyone who needs roofing or door services. Excellent company and excellent service!

  PROs I had a great experience with Roofing Pups and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a siding project. From the beginning, the team (Josh and Danielle) was professional, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Andy, the Project Manager, was especially communicative and helpful. He kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and helped make the overall project feel much smoother. George, the subcontractor who worked on the project with his team, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the work and any concerns I had. CONs The project was completed during some extremely hot weather, with temperatures around 100 degrees. Because vinyl siding naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes, there were a few areas that needed some attention as the weather began to cool. Roofing Pups was responsive to those concerns and came back to address the areas that needed adjustments. I understand that some movement can occur when siding is installed during extreme heat and then the temperatures change. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and absolutely love the new look of my home. The transformation has made a huge difference, and I will continue enjoying the updated appearance of my house. I also appreciate knowing that Roofing Pups stands behind their workmanship and has been willing to address concerns along the way. I will keep you all posted as things settle.   I originally had Roofing Pups come out because I thought I just needed some fascia work done. Angelica came out and instead of just giving me a price and leaving, she actually took the time to go through everything, including getting into the attic and showing me what she was finding. I’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical going into this because I had a bad experience with another home improvement company in the past. They installed gutters over old rotted fascia and gave us a lifetime warranty that, when we actually needed it, wasn’t honored. So I wasn’t interested in hearing another sales pitch or a bunch of promises. Angelica was different. She was straightforward with me from the beginning and didn’t try to hide anything. She explained what she found, showed me why simply fixing the fascia would basically be putting a Band-Aid over a bigger problem, and gave me the information and options to make my own decision. We ultimately decided to do the roof properly, including replacing the old decking and addressing the rafters that needed additional support, rather than putting a brand-new roof over questionable wood. What really gave me peace of mind was the transparency. I have Angelica’s number, I was able to speak directly with the owners of Roofing Pups, and the things that mattered to me regarding the work and warranty were actually put in writing in the contract. I never felt like Angelica was just trying to sell me something. I felt like she wanted to make sure I understood what was going on with my house and that whatever we decided to do actually addressed the problem. From the initial inspection through getting the project underway, Angelica has stayed involved and followed through on what she told me. After my previous experience with contractors, that means a lot. I would absolutely recommend Angelica and Roofing Pups to anyone looking for someone who will actually take the time to investigate what’s going on, explain it to you straight, and give you the information you need to make the right decision for your home.

  5/5 Stars - Hands Down the Best Home Improvement Experience Ever! Choosing Roofing Pups for my new roof was easily the best decision I’ve ever made for my home. From start to finish, this has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with getting estimates and scheduling a job right away.The finished roof looks absolutely beautiful, and the entire installation crew was incredibly kind and professional. They worked efficiently and did a truly phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves, ensuring that absolutely no materials or stray nails were left behind on my property. A massive shoutout goes to Jeffrey McQuire, who was a complete joy to work with. Jeff and I ended up talking for hours; he genuinely listened, paid close attention to exactly what I wanted, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the absolute best price possible. What truly sets Jeff apart, though, is his honesty and integrity. While inspecting the roof, he discovered that a separate siding company had actually damaged my attic during their previous installation. Honestly, not many people would have even mentioned or noticed what they saw, but Jeff brought it to my attention right away. His sharp eye completely saved the resale value of my home, and thanks to his evidence, I was able to force the siding company to come back and fix their mistakes.
