  My wife & I called Roofing Pups to our Forest Heights home & Wu as well as Eric came out. Wu was amazing! I have never experienced someone come into my home & instantly become family! I told Wu & Eric that my wife & I know exactly what we need and want & to not play any games. Let me tell you! Most other companies who came into my home disrespected my wife & I with their prices, presentation & overall way they did business. Wu stood apart. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on this industry, him & Eric made it very clear what we were going to get. My wife mentioned how great it would be if she could get a bay window AS WELL as the roof completely replaced. Wu never promised me anything, he only presented facts & truly connected with my wife & I. That is what made him earn our business. Wu & Eric are amazing! Thank you!

  I called Roofing Pups to my baltimore home. I've been here for 30 .I had two roofs put on over each other, had leaks and truly needed help.I had multiple estimates coming out but Wu assured me that he was going to walk me from A -Z. Not only did he make it affordable, he was knowledgeable and very professional when he presented the history of the company as well as the products that they use. Not only am I getting this installed quicker than I thought, I'm getting it at a price. Wu made me more comfortable than any other company to come out. I could not believe it! Thank you Roofing Pups and big thanks to Wu.

  My husband and I recently got our front door replaced by Roofing Pups here in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The experience was wonderful and we love our new door! I would recommend them to everyone for your home improvement needs. Stephanie in their customer service department was very pleasant on the phone and alleviated our hesitance because we wanted our door done once and done right. We met with Curt, one of the owners, for the initial estimate and he was very knowledgeable and opened our eyes to the issues with our old door. He walked us through the process of choosing the type of door, the color, the handles/locks, and transom window, and even showed us a model of what it would look like! The price was great and they offer a military discount! Then the communication with Shawn about the status of our door and installation date and process was great. Always very responsive and kept us in the loop at every step. The installation was seamless and quick, the crew arrived on time and even went the extra mile to make a quick fix to our screen door to make sure it closed properly!
