  Siding job was estimated with only the dimensions in mind. They gave the workers three hours to do a job that should have been at least one full day because of the complexities of town house construction. Because of this, the workers rushed the job and actually damaged the plywood underneath and used tape to patch it up. I spoke with several different customer service people who tried to make up for the mistake, but I should have insisted they replace the damages done by trying to cut corners. Not to mention they started the job a day after the scheduled date and damaged my new roof with the scaffolding they attached.

  The installation team did a great job. They were professional, and all of my questions were answered. Special thanks to the installers and Louis for making the entire process smooth and easy. I really appreciate the great service
