  I was coerced to write the pervious review for a $300 plumbing part that Mr. Fred stated I was responsible for purchasing also that I has to pay the plumber my self when he was hired to fix the pipes in the first place.. Mr. Fred is a conniving contractor who keeps adding on tasks and pricing for more than the job is worth. Mr. Fred took 6 months to replace floors, remodel small bathroom, and fix broken pipes. His staff never did consistent work. Work maybe 2 -3 days the don't come back for 4-5 days. Ridiculous . If you are seeking professionalism and honest, timely work Too To Bottom Renovations Inc IS NOT IT.

  This company promptly responded to my distress call for a pipe rupture on the ground floor. They are very professional. They explained each phase of the cleanup and restoration process. They communicated with me and my insurance company every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company for your service needs. They will not disappoint.

  Top to Bottom did a fantastic job with our situation in the basement of our house. They made sure there wasnt any mold and dried all areas that were wet from a misfunction we had with our sump pump. They were very flexible with scheduling time to come and get the work done as well! They were very clear about what was getting done and how everything is laid out in the contract. Thank you so much! Will be contacting in the future if we need additional work done!

  Update, I enjoyed the Top To Bottom team so much that I ended up getting additional work done to my house. After receiving great quality products in my basement, I decided to move forward with additional home repairs and was not disappointed. Every process has been easy with this team. They take care of your house as if it's their own. Thank you again! ~~~ I had an excellent experience with Top to Bottom Mold Remediation. From the very beginning, their team took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend Top to Bottom to anyone in need of mold remediation. Five stars all the way!

  Found Top To Bottom Renovation,Inc online after receiving less than adequate customer service while calling another area company. T.T B, Inc definitely gets 5 stars for their quick response to remove a room of soaking wet carpet. The customer service from the entire team made an exasperating dilemma, a lot more tolerable. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to call on them again...hopefully not too soon though.
