He diagnosed and solved the issue very quickly. Basically he saved the day and we highly recommend both Winters HVAC and Gabriel. These guys are great!

The techs arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, and advised me the machine would be loud. They were very friendly, while also being professional and answering my questions. They were very patient with me as I’ve never for this before, and they made me feel valued. The company that we have used for our hvac service over the years does not provide duct cleaning services, so I tried Winter’s HVAC and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. They also cleaned the area, and that’s a big plus. Great job!!

They said a tech was in the area would be here after he was done with that call. About 45 minutes, the tech Ricky texted my husband to let us know he was on the way. When Ricky arrived he asked what was going on with the unit. Ricky listened to our concern, obtained information about the units. Ricky was outside for about 15 minutes and came back in to let us know what the issue was and it was fixed. He even took a look at the other unit for good measure. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure both units were working properly before he left. He was very friendly and professional!! Thank you Winters Heating and cooling for your quick response and amazing service!!
