He also provided advice on maintenance and care for systems as part of the process!

  David was wonderful, very patient and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. He found several important issues that were missed by the home inspection provided by the seller of a house we were interested in. His inspection discovered that the move-in-ready house we wanted to buy was actually a fixer upper and we ended up walking away before investing in poorly maintained home. I cannot recommend him enough!
