- LLLauren1 day ago1.0I would advise not moving to this area. I live in the first phase and the community is not good. The HOA and POA has been terrible to deal with. It’s not a safe area. There have been multiple shootings near here. We are a hop, skip, and jump away from PG County. There are shady motels and hotels that seem to have prostitution. I had a car full of men approach me and follow me while I was taking a walk. There are always transient people walking through here and homeless people by the entrance. Cars have been broken into, tires taken, packages taken. There are always parking and pet issues. The HOA and POA do nothing about it. Save yourselves the regret. They have changed numerous times the plans for the community. When I moved in, I was told they were going to build shops. I have been here 5 years and it took 5 years for the little playground lol. A lot of the people that live here don’t follow the community rules and are not pleasant. Too expensive for the headache. Trust me, you will regret it.
