  The work was poor, The installers start at 10 o’clock and they want to keep going until 1130 at night and I told him to go because the neighbors, I took a week and a half for the First floor, And then a month and a half for the steps, Play had someone third-party they didn’t know what is They were doing sloppy excuses and then at the end they give me $300 refund for the waiting and excuses I couldn’t believe exactly what’s happening so be careful. They got people that are reliable. Good luck..

  “RITE WINDOW IS NOW RENUITY” is the latest attempt to hide behind the corporate shield. This company is horrendous. Don’t make the $15k mistake I did. An illegal from the HD parking lot with a bucket of second hand tools is a far superior option.

  Completely Unprofessional Stay away from this company. I booked an appointment through their website to get an estimate for finishing my garage so my child would have a place to play. I even received a verification call the morning of the appointment to confirm everything was set for Friday at 6:00 PM. My family canceled all our Friday evening plans, including taking our toddler to a play center, just to ensure we were home. By 6:30 PM, nobody had shown up. When I called to find out what happened, the representative told me the technician "didn't see the message" about the appointment. Despite the fact that they had called me that morning to verify, they offered no solution and told me there was "nothing she could do." It is clear they have zero respect for their customers' time. To stand up a family and then offer no way to make it right is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its clients.

  I submitted an online inquiry on reunity website for a quote on windows. Closet America called me to schedule a free in home design solution. I replied I inquired about window installation She states they dont service my area for windows so why are you calling me? I will never ever use this business. Im about to put in a complaint with the BBB because I put the request in at 10am on 2-8-2026 and after getting the phone call saying they dont service my area , 1030am I've been called 4 more times, it is now 1:55pm 2-8-2026 No thank you. The desperation is off putting. Along with the fact I called about WINDOWS not friggn closets.
