  The time on the door said one til 5pm. The doors were locked. I rang the ring door bell and no one answered. Poor way to do business.

  My install was completed yesterday, a mudroom storage and closet. The design process was easy plus they were able to deliver and install two week ahead of schedule.

  There was nobody at the front desk so I could not enter the business. Call the 800 line and got disconnected. It seems that they are not ready for business.... And for them not to understand the highway noise is very loud so it is hard to hear is a total customer service failure when we have to call to get into.

  As advertised. Designer was great. I gave her an AI rendering of a walk-in, a pantry and a mudroom and off she went. Offered up ideas and advice along the way until we settled on the design! Fantastic and fun to work with. Installers came out a few weeks later and they were great as well. In and out of the three areas in one day with great care and precision. Livin my best organized life going fwd. Thx to all!
