  These people are super unprofessional. We had a scheduled appointment, called 15 minutes after they were to arrive and they said they would call us right back. 45 minutes later we had to call them back just to find out at that point there specialist had to go to the hospital. They should have called to let us know as soon as they found out about their specialist! They Completely dropped the ball. Now we get to drive 30 minutes home with no joy😤😡

  Shelly, was awesome from beginning to end. If I was building a home out of state I would trust Shelly to be my eyes and ears. She asked the right questions to deliver a sound product and I'm grateful how she moved me seamlessly through this process. I will think of Shelly for my next project.

  First off, the sales associate who came to my house took my 4 month old baby from my wife and said "let me take her, she's crying and I know how to calm a crying baby". Who does that?!?! Secondly, this sales associate and her big brief case put a decent scratch and chip in my floor and I can't get in contact with anyone to fix the floor. Do not use them!!

  Our sales rep. Shelly, made the design process seamless & fun. I am so happy with the care she took to get our design just the way we envisioned it. We just had our Pantry installed and it came out better than we even imagined. Shane, who did our install, was right on time, friendly and such a diligent & quick worker. From beginning to end this has been a wonderful experience.

  Unprofessional. An hour and a half late, unresponsive, didn’t reply when emailed with follow up questions. Even their regional manager just said “it happens” about the tardiness and lack of follow through (no design, no email, no next steps, etc) and asked “what do you want to do about it”? Sir, that is not my job to create clean retention for you. I would have had two whole rooms being done, and most likely more. They couldn’t care less. Went with another company that offered me many perks, was so happy say to work with, professional and courteous with lots of follow up. I recommend Closets Direct over Closet America ANY DAY.
