  I would not recommend this company based on our experience. My aunt hired this company to have work done on her roof. The individual who came to her home and provided the estimate was apparently no longer employed by the company. Despite this, he showed up at my aunt’s home representing himself as though he still worked for the company and instructed her to send a $3,500 deposit to him through Zelle. Once we discovered that he was no longer employed by the company, we contacted the company about the situation. Unfortunately, the company has refused to take responsibility for what happened, pursue the individual involved, or complete the roofing work at my aunt’s home. What makes this even more concerning is that we have learned that several other clients have reportedly experienced similar situations involving this same individual. At that point, we expected the company to take the matter seriously and make every effort to protect its customers and resolve the situation. My aunt is now out $3,500, her roof work remains incomplete, and the company has essentially left her to deal with the consequences. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to verify that the person representing the company is currently employed and authorized to collect payments, and to make sure any deposit is being paid directly to the company. And to be clear, my aunt has not heard anything from your company. She has talked to Dan and he had not called her back, so we will matters in our own hands.

  My mom was clearly scammed by an employee of theirs, and they failed to take any action to resolve the issue. They are aware of this known problem but refuse to do anything about it. The employee took money from her, and she has an invoice and proof. This company and its employees cannot be trusted.

  Platinum Home Design did an amazing job on my new roof and gutters! The work looks exceptional, and the entire process was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. The crews were polite, efficient, and always on time. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Platinum Home Design!

  Your employees in their company van don’t feel the need to stop at stop signs in residential areas. Great way to kill someone.

  Had them do a roof and siding job, Ben Adler was very helpful from start to finish, would recommend to anyone needing work on their home.
