  We did a major renovation with The Pagenstecher Group and the results were OUTSTANDING!!! Every detail was taken care of and we could not have been happier with the final product. Their entire team - from the spectacular Peter to every single worker they used - were talented, gracious and helpful. A perfect experience. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

  Pagenstecher Group did what I consider to be a challenging renovation for me. Challenging because the renovation was within the envelope of original 1970s construction, which had a number of peculiarities (including walls/ceilings/floors not in square), and because access to the site was limited. I highly recommend them. They were creative in their solutions, responsive to my input and questions, and extremely reliable.

  Peter Pagenstecher and his Group have renovated our homes for over 20 years.They are truly Master Builders.I have found them to be precise in every detail,utterly reliable,and most pleasant and attentive. Peter is always available for consultation regarding ongoing work,as well as having helpful advice in other unrelated areas concerning maintenance. I so admire the Pagenstecher Group and their dedication to their clients.

  Our house in Bethesda was build in 1938 and we became the second owners in 1989. Between the time that we made an offer on the house and moved in, a large tree dropped a bough on the family room, crushing in one part of the roof. The owner had selected John and Peter Pagenstecher to make the repairs. By the time we moved in there was no trace of any damage. When we decided a few years later to convert the garage to a large kitchen and when we decided this year to put a large shed dormer into the family room, we didn't hesitate. We would only consider having the Pagenstecher Group work on our wonderful home. I could fill pages with the specifics but my wife and I use words like the following to describe Peter, his crews, and the work they do: Meticulous craftsmanship; employs great people and uses only first-rate subcontractors; completely committed to producing exceptional results; respect for your home and privacy; courteous, friendly, and honorable; thorough attention to detail; open to suggestions that will improve a project; conscientious about clean-ups; gives great advice but leaves decisions to the customer. Sorry to go on so long but we have nothing but praise and good feelings for the Pagenstecher Group. Over three projects and 25+ years, they've been consistently outstanding.
