  The company has sent someone to get an estimate for ev charger and this person was not aware that wires can’t go over the side walk and be connected your car which isVery common sense . I had to explain over to the phone and even send a picture of a sample installation.

  Electrician installed a Level 2 EV charger in my garage. He was professional, polite, installed the equipment in a neat and orderly manner, and cleaned up after his work was completed.

  Chris, generator technician, was very polite, professional, and punctual. We received a reminder email the day before the appointment which was reassuring. Chris sent a text 15 minutes before arriving during the scheduled time. He diagnosed and repaired our Generac generator. Chris answered my generator questions and helped me increase my generator understanding. Amanda provided equally polite, responsive, and professional support in the office. Will use their services again. Thank you.

  We’ve hired TriStar for two separate jobs and each time they’ve been a delight to work with. We ran into some issues dealing with BGE but Greg kept up communication with us every step of the way. The techs who came out ( I believe it was Raul and Yoswin) were really nice and friendly. They did a great job of coming to us if there was a design decision to be made or to double check so that we got exactly what we wanted. I truly couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve dealt with enough construction issues to know just how fortunate I am that I get to work with them and not someone else. If you’re reading this and debating whether to hire TriStar vs. someone else, TriStar is the choice you want to make.
