TriStar Electric is a great company. They are very professional, organized, friendly, and on time. I purchased a Generac generator from them in 2021, and they have been servicing it via a yearly inspection ever since. The last inspection was a few days ago, and I’m very pleased. They are taking good care of our generator.

TriStar completed phenomenal work for us! Installed our EV charger, load manager and surge home protection. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, answering all our questions - promptly - whether in-person, via text, email and phone. 5 outta 5 stars - you won't be disappointed!

Victor and Alfredo arrived at our house in the alloted time slot. I got a call on a Saturday morning and they had an opening so they did our repair. They were efficient and told us all the steps they were going to do. We had sensor lights outside our front entrance where the sensor boards went bad. We opted to have the sensor option taken out. They disconnected them and just used the wires so we need to usr the light switch. Now all the lights turn on

I was extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by TriStar. The entire team was professional, punctual, communicative, and superior during the entire process of upgrading my breaker panels. From providing the estimate to completing the work on time, everything was masterfully done. Dustin was fantastic in thoroughly providing the estimate and describing the required work. Yoswin and his assistant arrived everyday on time to work on my 400 amp breaker panels. They completed the work seamlessly. They were impressive in how hard they worked and took pride in their craftsmanship. Even the receptionist who answered the phone line was courteous and professional. I am extremely happy with TriStar’s service and will continue to use them for my electrical needs in the future.

Had to have an EV charger installed which required trenching under my front yard and under my sidewalk. Ran into some permitting and scheduling issues, but everything was quickly resolved. Dustin was incredibly responsive and the work from Joey and Yoswin was professional and well executed. Overall a great experience with TriStar.
