  I'm so glad I called Heil this morning. Ive been needing several plumbling issues fixed, but put them off until today when I finally called for help. Within three hours, I called about problems, the technician arrived, diagnosed my issues, and completed all repairs efficiently and professionally. Will and his apprentice completed the jobs and were gone by noon! Very pleased with their work! Prompt, clean, courteous, knowlegeable and professional! Thank you!!!

  I contacted Heil Plumbing when my hot water heater developed a significant leak. I was thrilled to get an appointment for the following morning. Chad examined my unit, identified the requirements for a new unit and provided a detailed estimate. He addressed my concerns and explained the replacement process thoroughly. Although the installation took longer than expected, I am very pleased with the results. Chad patiently walked me through the operation of my new water heater, and even identified a separate potential safety hazard. Additionally, the workspace was left completely clean once the job was finished. I appreciate the high quality of work and excellent service that I received.

  Our second experience with Heil and both have been great. Erik Young made sure he understood the problems we were having with our sink faucets and shower head. He also made sure he kept us informed of his progress and our options to fix the existing fixture and/or if it was time for a replacement. The main sink in our kitchen was up and working in an hour which we needed for a group of friends coming in several days. Nice to see someone who enjoys their job and easy to work with. Recommend Erik and the company !

  I contacted Heil Plumbing and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Damontae arrived professional, cordial, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. In one visit he unclogged a sink, repaired the garbage disposal, AND noticed an unattended cap on a sewer drain that had been overlooked for who knows how long — and took care of it. That last part says everything. He wasn’t just checking boxes. He was actually paying attention. He answered every question I had clearly and patiently, never making me feel rushed or like anything was too much to ask. That kind of service is rare and it deserves to be acknowledged. Damontae is the kind of technician you hope shows up when you call. Heil Plumbing should be very proud to have him representing them. I will absolutely be calling again and recommending without hesitation.

  I needed a metal valve for my dishwasher. We were getting a new one installed and the installer told us we needed to get a metal valve installed by a plumber—our existing valve was plastic. Once we got the valve installed, we would schedule a new appointment for the installation. Fortunately Heiil plumbing was available to install it that afternoon. The plumber came, gave us a quote of about $250–we weren’t happy about it but we agreed to it. Then when he was leaving, he said the final cost was $150, which I thought was strange, but we were happy that the cost was lower. He never said anything to us other than the cost. I scheduled the installation for a few days later. Meanwhile next morning arrives and I start my dishwasher. I hear no water or anything. I check the valve and turn it—thinking it’s connected but just turned off, and water gushes all over my arm. I realize the valve was never connected to the dishwasher. Long story short—I called, the same guy came out that afternoon and explained that it was not connected because we were getting a new dishwasher. I guess he assumed we didn’t want to add a new connection to an old dishwasher. It would have been nice if he had said this when he initially installed the valve, or given us the option to connect it or not connect it. I wish he had communicated to us—both my husband and I were there when he came the first time. I don’t know anything about dishwasher valves and would have appreciated professional explanation.
