  Arrived early, personable and honest and very thorough and professional. Garbage disposal was leaking water from an unlikely location and Jordan recommended a replacement. While installing, he noticed a pvc pipe fitting that needed some repair and did that in short order. Jordan did an awesome job, cleaned up - no mess, no fuss. Top notch plumber! Thanks Heil, you guys rock! Quite pricey for the unit/installation but quality craftsmanship and installation are worth it. Hope it lasts forever! Lol

  Jordan arrived at my home to conduct an inspection on my sump pump and a hammer sound in pipes. Jordan was very professional and thorough in explaining his findings. The estimates presented were fair in pricing and knowing that I have used Heil plumbing in the past I know they provide quality work. He replaced the 3/4" Pressure Reducing Valve with warranty. The water pressure is at a lower level now. The sump pump was working properly and suggested annual inspection due to the amount of ground water in my area.

  We’d had a different company come out a week before calling Heil when our main sewer line was backing up into our basement sink. The plumber snaked the line, said the pipe was clogged because it was degrading, and the pipe would need to be replaced. This seemed strange because our home is barely 40 years old. The plumber also failed to identify the access point for the sewer line and cut a hole in our pipes to access it. This resulted in an extra $200 charge to patch the pipe. A few days later our sewer line backed up again. We called Heil for a second opinion. They came out and found a blockage at the same location. It was caused by tree roots that had grown into the pipe and created a nearly total blockage. Damontae drilled through the tree roots, creating an opening that will allow us to use our plumbing in our home until the pipe is repaired. The original company failed to diagnose the root blockage, attributing the blockage to pipe degradation. After the line was cleared, Ike then ran a camera past the roots to determine if there were any further issues. He and Damonate worked together to make the process efficient while being thorough. Ike then provided multiple options ranging from a repair to a trenchless replacement. He explained the techniques that would be used for each option, discussing pros and cons for each. My husband and I felt like we were able to make an informed decision and are confident moving forward with Heil. We are grateful that they diagnosed the problem properly and were able to open up the line so that we can live in our home until repairs are completed. I wish we would have contacted them in the first place.

  There are a lot of plumbers to choose from however you’re doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Heil Plumbing. I preemptively decided to replace my 10yr old hot water heater as was recommended by my previous plumber. I got 3 different quotes by previous and recommended services. I decided to google recommended plumbers and saw Heil and the fact they only had glowing reviews. Every interaction with them is top notch. Allison who schedules your appointment is professional and detailed. Eric Brown, the technician is meticulous, professional and works in an expedient manner. Even the apprentice, Tarique (sp?) is destined to continue to be a great asset for Heil. The fact that the company has had 3 generations of family ownership speaks to the quality of workmanship.The cost wasn’t the lowest, and certainly far less from the plumbing company who did the previous job. There’s a reason for the host of positive reviews.

  We had Heil in to replace the water supply line from the water main into the house (replace a polybutylene supply line that had deteriorated). The crew was highly professional, knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. They took great care to lay mats to protect the floors from foot traffic. They worked very efficiently and unobtrusively. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They explained what they were doing and answered all questions completely. They were able to schedule the work to be done within 24 hours of the estimate being made, which estimate was made within two hours of our contacting them with the emergency. They were careful to restore the lawn where they had to dig with new seed covered with straw. By the time they were done, the straw was the only sigh that anything had happened. The estimator was knowledgable, professional, prompt and courteous. He explained the work to be done and came in with a very competitive and fair price based on the research we had done prior to calling. They will be our "go-to" service providers from now on. We highly recommend them.
