  I had contracted Heil Plumbing and HVAC to replace the water line from the county curb valve to the house, due to leaks inside the pipe. John and Rodulpho came ontime at 7:30 am as scheduled and did a very professional job working continuously for almost 6 hours. They took great care to ensure there were no leaks after the hdpe line replacement and cleaned up inside the basement as well outside in the yard. Overall very happy and satisfied with the work. Thank you guys. 👍👏

  Eric and his apprentice, Colin, did a very nice (and clean) job today replacing our water heater. He thoroughly explained the work, answered all my questions, and was extremely courteous and helpful. Heil has now done two water heater replacements for my family, one at my parents’ home and now at our home within one week (thank you to Seth and his apprentice for the work at my parents’ house). We are extremely happy with both jobs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  I had an overall good experience with Heil Plumbing. They came out to replace a faucet and shutoff lines. Their technician, Will, was polite, efficient and skilled, and respectful of the property. The company was very good about communication, too. The only cons from this service were that the appointment window is very wide, resulting in having to stay at home waiting for a longer period than I initially realized, and that the pricing was a bit higher than I expected. However, I'd use Heil Plumbing again because they did a good job and were such a pleasure to deal with.

  Joe was absolutely wonderful!! We had a very, very, faulty and leaky toilet that we hadn’t been able to use for 3 ish months. Joe came in, assessed the situation, and provided me with multiple and honest options for repair. We went for a new toilet, which he kindly went out to get for us himself! The whole process took maybe an hour and a half, he was fast, efficient, and an absolute sweetheart and just a bunch of fun to chat with as well! Alongside his incredible work ethic, he left his work area spotless, it was cleaner than when he arrived! We love Heil Plumbing, and hope to see Joe again if/when we need help again! Thank you!

  Today, Heil Plumbing sent three of its best professionals to my house to repair a water line that broke 10 days ago. They were early and ready to get to work –in the pouring rain! Charlie Heil was team lead and introduced his members before starting this project. Charlie and member started the outside work of digging a hole near the street water source while the third member began drilling a hole through the basement wall to access the waterline leading to the house. Success!!! They were able to pull piping through the line and connect to the county water source. The Inside worker replaced the almost 50-year-old plumbing with shiny new copper. While the two outside refilled the access hole again in the pouring rain, the inside worker patched the hole. Water was turned on and voila inside water worked and the outside geyser was plugged. This work took a quick four hours given the complexity. I am so pleased with their professionalism and expertise that I will engage their services in October to replace my old water heater.
