  This was my first experience with Fred C. Johnson company and what a wonderful experience it was. To give a little background back in December I had a little self inflicted issue with my garage door. Out of desperation I looked up companies on the internet and found one that could come immediately, Knowing in the back of my head this was not a good plan but I was desperate. Company came within an hour and fixed the door. Shortly thereafter started having issues with the door not closing. Put up with it for awhile and received a recommendation from a friend that used a company and was totally satisfied with. So I called them but they was noy in our area but before hanging up I asked for a recommendation and he said Fred C. Johnson company. I called them and they were in withing 2 hours to my surprise. Mark arrived evaluated the situation, looked here, looked there, opened and closed the garage door numerous time without any issues. He went about his work and adjusted the the track, adjusted the limits and PM'd the door and operator. When he was done it ran smother and sounded much better. If you live in Anne Arundel county I would highly recommend Fred C. Johnson for all your garage door needs and ask for Mark. Mark was friendly, polite, professional and his attention to detail was second to none. So if you need garage door work, call Fred C. Johnson company.

  Fred C. Johnson Co. is excellent to deal with. Bob Swigert was great to work with and provided us all the information we needed to choose a quality replacement garage door at a very competitive price. The careful, timely and precise install in Silver Spring was done by Wayne & Keith, his helper in a very efficient and detailed manner. 5 stars & highly recommended.

  Mr. Luke and his colleague at Fred Johnson Co. (Jessup, MD) did a great job yesterday (as usual) performing annual maintenance on my 16-year-old automatic garage door, adjusting the spring and the sensitivity (force) and strengthening the wooden brace up on the ceiling. They also lubricated all the hinges, programmed a new remote, and changed the pass code for me on the outside keypad. Expert, friendly, honest service at a reasonable price.   I honestly never write reviews, but I felt the urge to write one because of the exceptional service I received from Fred C. Johnson Co., INC. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Chris handled the repair, and he is truly the best technician I’ve ever worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done perfectly before leaving. His workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. I also want to recognize Colleen Alcala, the office manager. She was excellent at explaining every detail, from scheduling to pricing, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication and professionalism were top-notch. Not only did they provide the best service, but they also offered the best price compared to others I contacted. With over 50 years of experience, it really shows in the quality of their work and customer care. I will always call Fred C. Johnson Co., INC for any of my garage door needs, and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Highly, highly recommended!
