  Long Fence did an outstanding job replacing my broken gate. From the initial estimate to the final installation, the entire process was professional and hassle-free. The crew arrived on time, removed the damaged gate, and installed the new one with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The gate operates perfectly and looks even better than I expected. I really appreciated their communication throughout the project and the quality of their work.   Had a guy come out to give me an estimate on a 6 foot section to be replaced and to widen my gate to my backyard. He said he'd be in contact in 3 days max. We'll, he never called back and its been 3 weeks. He did mention, however, that it'd be around $500 to replace...a 6 foot section. People, save your money and hire local. These guys are highly over priced and the communication is horrible. They will gut your wallet. Its not worth it.

  Awful customer service. After spending more than $30k on a fence, deck and patio, trying to get someone to fix a fence gate issue was like pulling teeth. I followed up more than a dozen times (text, phone, email) and always got a reply after every 3rd or 4th try. The drop rod on my fence gate was screwed directly into vinyl with no metal anchor inside. Naturally, the screws just stripped out over a few months and they quoted me $500 to fix it. It's common knowledge to not screw directly into vinyl with no anchor. I can't believe this is standard practice. Go with any other company.

  My new vinyl fence is beautiful. I had a wood fence that was only a few years old but rotting and falling apart. The team they sent were professional and did a fantastic job!
