  I had a great experience with Antonio, the HVAC technician who came out to give us an estimate for duct cleaning. He was very professional, informative, and took the time to really listen to everything I had to say. Antonio explained the process clearly, broke down the estimate pricing so I could fully understand it, and answered all of my questions without rushing. What really stood out to me was that he also informed me about a possible fire hazard behind our dryer that I was completely unaware of. Because of his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to share that information, I feel much safer knowing my family and home are protected from something that could have become very serious. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s safety and not just the job itself. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Antonio and the company based on my experience. For sure I will be asking for Antonio the next time I am in need of Michael and Son services.

  Jairo was an outstanding technician who provided an efficient and quick service. He clearly explained the issues he discovered along the way (with pictures) and gave us an easy plan to resolve, ultimately improving our system. He did not attempt to upsell us on any unnecessary services. Overall service time was right around a hour, time well spent. This company is much better than some of the other big names in the area and I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

  Our plumber was, Saidu Turay. He was timely, efficient, and very professional throughout the entire process. Since we had a leak inside the wall and weren’t sure what the issue was, he took the time to thoroughly investigate and dig around to find the cause of the problem. He explained everything clearly, including the cost breakdown ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. We really appreciated his honesty, communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

  We recently had a gas leak and contacted this company for service. The technician who came on Friday correctly identified that the valve was leaking, but said he couldn’t get the part that late in the day and scheduled a return visit for Saturday. On Saturday, the technician arrived nearly two hours after the scheduled time window—only to tell us he still did not have the replacement valve. As a result, we were left without heat and hot water the entire weekend. When the technician returned on Monday, he again arrived about an hour and a half late, but was finally able to complete the repair. The issue wasn’t just the delay—it was the lack of coordination and communication. The problem had already been diagnosed on Friday, yet the necessary part wasn’t available for the scheduled repair. There was also no proactive communication about delays or part availability, and arrival windows were missed without notice. Given that this involved a gas issue and essential home utilities, the experience was frustrating and disruptive. While the repair was ultimately completed, the overall service fell short in terms of reliability and respect for the customer’s time.

  Updated so I don't have to write multiple reviews for the same water heater leak damage and replacement incident: Mr. Graham Williams was very fast showing up to my residence and accessing the water damage I had, and also helped me coordinate with my personal home insurance as well as my HOA. Mr. Bobson Samura was great and timely with my water heater damage assessment and replacement, and provided a lot of useful information about water heater quality and future upkeep. Mr. Justin Saucier and his apprentice were also fast and friendly when working on drying out my water damage. They also took the trouble to do a quick check in midweek to see the drying status which was a short visit for a long drive, and I appreciate the dedication and explanation for the repair timeline.
