  I have had two repairs by this technician. Both have been done efficiently and correctly with no rework necessary. The company is able to get technicians on site quickly and they do a good job of letting you know when to expect your technician also. The first visit they were over an hour late outside the window, but the workmanship is great. And the team is very kind and helpful.

  I called another local electrical company and waited more than two months, but no one ever came out to look at the electrical issue in my home. I then called Michael & Son and was able to schedule an appointment right away. They came out the following week. Hector Zelaya quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the outlets. I had even asked a friend who is a master electrician in commercial work to take a look, but he could not determine the cause. Hector found the root of the problem in less than an hour. Save yourself time and frustration and call Michael & Son for your electrical needs. We will definitely be using them again to upgrade our electrical panel and install recessed lighting in our bathroom. Thank you, Hector and Michael & Son, for the excellent service!

  The technician said he showed up at my house and then never did. I’m sitting in a house with a broken hvac two days after they were supposed to come. DC is on the verge of a heatwave and there is no resolution. I have asked for them to expedite someone to come out, but they have just given me the first available appointment. They said a manager was going to call, but it has been two days and no call from a manager. I always have the worst experience with this company, but they installed the hvac so we feel stuck using them.

  I had an excellent experience with my Michael & Sons technician. He replaced two toilet flush valves and cleaned, remounted, and resealed one of my toilets. Throughout the entire visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. What I appreciated most was his communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the issues and the repairs being completed. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service gave me confidence that the job was being done correctly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Michael & Sons and this technician to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you for a job well done! 😊

  Recently bought a service contract and tech who came out was nice. One week later upstairs attic unit stops working and they came out again. A few days later A/C unit again stops. The office told me even though I have a premium service contract it would be 8 days until a tech can come. Ridicules!!! I hired another company who came the next day and found the line was completely clogged which they should have checked plus they found the tech had disconnected the overflow device. Horizon A/C company did a great job of coming the next day and the tech explained everything and showed me that the line was clear. Michael and Sons should return the service contract fee I paid because an 8 day wait is poor service.
