Technician came on the same day at the desired time for $69 heater furnace maintenance and diagnosis. Found that too much gas was supplied to the heat exchanger and reduced it at additional $89 fee. He tried to sell membership and some preventive gadgets for AC that could wait until the next spring, however, which was a bit pressuring, although appreciated.

We had to abandon and replace the kitchen drainage system completely. House was built in 1957 with the usual cast iron pipes and they were rotting in place . Denroy Gordan of Michael & Sons came to do the replacement. Denroy was very professional in every way you’d want to see. After completion he made several test of the system and it went well without a flaw . Michael and Sons have now replaced the entire drainage system from the foundation exit of the system all the way to the city connection. I would refer anyone in need of plumbing repair to give them a call.

Once again - excellent service from Michael & Son. Ghulam Amiri, plumber technician, provided astounding service with replacement of my 22 year old garbage disposal. Ghulam was friendly, professional, and meticulous with the annual plumbing inspection of my home & with his recommendations. He answered my questions accurately and made me feel safe & relief with my concerns. I highly recommend his services - very polite & did not leave any mess for me to clean after the work was completed!! I really really liked that because it shows a lot of respect & consideration to a home owner :) Thank you Michael & Son....and Ghulam - kudos for a job well done.

Your representative, Rakeem Shannon, was acceptional. He gave me a clear perspective of the tasks he needed to complete and why for my insurance claim. This kept the goal clear as he evaluated all of my plumbing throughout my home as well as the specific issue of water in a bathroom. It was an educational moment of learning, the importance of knowing correct water pressure within the pipes, and water heater ; routine checks on various water pipes and and color variations and other related issues. Most importantly, Rakeem introduced the Michael & Son Membership program - helps save money with any untimely and expensive repair. DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT MEMBERSHIP. I am a salesperson . Rakeem explained so much and made sure to restate why and how plumbing maintenance was key to the welfare of your home!! Rakeem Shannon is an excellent representative and takes great care of you. Thank you., Renee Ford
