  Called for a quote and have been inundated with constant calls and texts. After the third or fourth call I told them I was no longer interested, but they continue to contact me multiple times. I have received 28 calls in the last 24 hours. I would not recommend working with this company based on this experience alone. If you look at reviews online you will see thisnis a common experience. They use aggressive sales tactics, including constant calling/texting.

  Very bad communication i have 1 year waiting for somebody come and fix the gutters in my back yard i call and they say someone going to to call me back and no body call me and no body answer my email text messages and calls very bad people i hope someone read this message because i so tired to call and call and no body come and fixed is incredible !!!! Erie PA 2933 maple st gutter leak and the installation is no finished !!! I found a lot garbage from the roof installation around my house they are very lazy people ..!!!!!!

  They did an outstanding job with replacing my entire roof, replaced all of my windows and resided the entire house. All of the work crews did and excellent job completing everything. The project managers kept in contact with us as each part of the project was completed until the next was started. We owe a great deal of gratitude to our sales person (Devin W. ) for all of his care and concerns for our needs and he went beyond the call of duty to help us. Thank you! I fully recommend Home Genius for your next home improvement project.

  I had my windows, gutters, soffit, front screen door and freeze board capped in October I think? By HGE. I do not recommend this company and over the past few months I've made sure they lost at least 3 opportunities for jobs. First off, the "free estimate" is just a high pressured sales tactic to get a person inside your home to corner you into agreeing to the job quote they present you. My estimator was Brent I believe. He showed up with no measuring tape so I loaned him mine. Anyways, I was straight up with him and said I just wanted an estimate to get an idea on how much it would be for my windows and gutters. He did all his measurements, then came the high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign the contract. I told him no at least 10 times and told him I wasn't ready to sign anything. I had a lot going on in my life and didn't need an additional stress added. The dude would not leave my dining room. I told him my mom was literally just diagnosed with stage two pancreatic cancer and I just wasnt in the right mind to agree to anything without other estimates. Things he said were included in the quote ended up not being in them. I'll address one below that they did handle for me though. So thankful for that at least. He guaranteed it would be hassle free and I would only have 1 project manager for everything. So I wouldnt need to communicate with multiple people. That ended up not being true. He was relentless and wouldn't stop talking until I agreed to the contract. I had separate project managers for my windows and gutters. I had issues with each after install, but it was honestly too much of a headache to deal with at the time. They came and fixed some minor issues with the windows. I had rotting wood that was discussed during the estimate about being replaced with the gutter job. (Why would I have all new windows, gutters and freeze board/siding replaced, but not include rotting wood that is attached to the gutters/freeze board areas?) They did send someone out to fix one of the rotting wood areas (that wasn't included in the estimate for some reason). It was a huge pain to communicate with two different project managers when I was only supposed to have one. I still have an issue with the gutter install and there being areas that leak from the soffit during heavy rain, but I'm mentally drained. My mom passed from the cancer Christmas Eve 2025. Every single time I drive up to my house I just feel ripped off and mad about this entire thing. I had to deal with all these issues during the lowest point of my life and I'll never forgive them for making me focus on this when I should have been focusing on my mom. Ive made sure they have lost customers and will continue to make sure anyone who asks me about windows, gutters, home improvement, etc is streered away from this company.

  I live in Virginia and Home Genius installed my 24 windows in my home. They were the absolute worst at the installation. They tried to cheat me out of the trim that was sold with the windows, actually having to go to Lowes to buy the right trim as all they brought was peel and stick. They cracked my seam in my bay window needing repair, ordered wrong screens, orange spray foam all throughout plants, siding, deck. They helped themselves to my step stool which got spray foam on it and used my vacuum without my permission. My windows continue to creep down, had some repaired. Marred up my wood interior trim with tools and pencil marks and had to be repainted. They had to redo the trim around my upper window as it was all wrong. What was to take 1 day took about 9 months due to severe lack of communication and professionalism. Many calls and emails to complain but the utter disrespect was rampant. No reimbursement for my husbands pay for the 3 days he had to come home to babysit crew and resulted in being two no shows for the work that was to be done. All my neighbors heard and saw this work and will never recommend this company for anyone. Most horrible experience in my life. Just full of disrespect, unprofessional behavior, zero customer service, blatant lies. I have pictures for proof. If I could give zero stars I could. This experience was extremely upsetting for the $35,000 we spent on the window investment we absolutely received horrible service and not just once but every interaction was met with horrible outcomes. Extremely disappointing for an American local company
